At first, Dave seems like a very honest and upfront guy, but he has no idea how to run a business…read moreor treat customers. He is very unprofessional and acts like everyone is out to get him. He is also very misogynistic. I asked him to install coil overs and see if he could fix a power steering issue by cleaning a sensor. I spoke to him and confirmed that he was comfortable doing this before dropping the car off. The coil over install was fine, but the way he treated me was uncalled for and way out of line. He is unautomated and expects payment in cash, but doesn't tell you that up front. He told me it would take a day to install the coil overs, but he wasn't done at the end of the day. He kept it overnight which is ok, but I had to call him to check on the status. Before I dropped it off, I asked him where he puts the car if it's held overnight and he told me if the car stays overnight, it's parked on the lift to secure it and keep the cats off it. The second day he was waiting for someone to help him diagnose a second issue but told me if the car stayed overnight, he would park it outside. (It's a high theft vehicle and convertible so the cats would destroy the top) I asked him to let me know if his guy was coming before he closed so I could pick it up and asked him what time he closed. He wouldn't tell me but said if it's after 5, he'd be gone. His hours are 10-6 on Google and he also told me to drop the car off at 11. You can't get a straight answer from this guy and I still don't know what his labor rate is. Even if it's posted at his shop, there is too much junk to see anything. His shop is filthy and unkept and dirtier than some junkyards I've been to. Instead of answering a question, he would "mansplain" everything, then finally went into a mental meltdown and started to yell at me and put me down. He looked up the labor for the job and told me he was sure it would be less and gave me a quote, then he complained about how difficult the job was saying "lady, I did a lot of work for you" going into a mental breakdown an screaming at me. I didn't even say I had a problem with the charges and was willing to pay him the original labor, and was going to give a large tip if he stuck to his original quote. He criticized me for researching online, forget what he told me previously and say that he told me something else raising his voice are insulting me like I was his ex wife or something. He griped that I had my own parts, even though he told me to get my own about 6 months earlier, called me a thief and just completely berated me for a good 20 minutes on the phone instead of giving me the total so I could pull the cash to pay him. I just can't recommend this guy. I don't know how he got the high reviews.

Just a warning, something is not right with this mechanic. He came with a few good reviews, so we…read moredecided to try him out. But he doesn't keep his word or maintain good contact. He also lied to us, and I'm not sure why. We set up an appointment for him to come look at the car. He didn't call or show up. Then he messaged us nine days later. It seemed like he was trying to be nice for my benefit. He also said he was sick, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. We've all been in that boat. He didn't show up again on Saturday. He messaged me at 12:20 a.m. that he was coming on Sunday. Then showed up on Sunday late. But he showed up, so at this point, we did pay him to diagnose the car and set up for him to come back on January 9 to fix it. He apologized for everything and explained all his medical issues. I have a few of my own, so I try to be understanding. Now he continues to message or call my phone in different ways. If you don't answer him on Facebook right away, he will text you and then call you. He sat on the couch, talking really bad about other clients. I know red flag but we tried to work with him. My last straw was when he messaged us that he's in the hospital until this Friday with pneumonia, I felt bad and wished him well. But then his wife posted a picture of him sitting in his living room the same night he messaged us. Something is not right. I just wanted to warn everybody. I'm disabled and sick as well but I've never claimed to be in the hospital when I'm not. What's the point in that?

Having gone to a large corporate location thinking it would be the only place that could check and…read morerepair my brakes same day, I received an estimate to replace my rotors and brake pads for over $400, being told both were completely worn and dangerous. I started looking for who else I could call for quotes. I found some great reviews for 24/7 Car Doctor. Over the phone, I was quoted about half of the original estimate and I was very fortunate they had time to get me in same day! Josh, the owner, was very friendly, answered any question or concern I had, and came and showed me the parts from my car. The rotors were able to be turned and didn't need replacing. They replaced my brake pads, had my rotors turned, and changed my oil for nearly 1/4 of what I would have paid at the large Corp. The entire experience felt transparent and trustworthy. Every employee we saw was friendly and kept us posted on the vehicle process. They will even let you bring your own parts/meet or beat competitor quotes. We left being safe in our vehicle again and knowing we were well taken care of. We will certainly be back and would recommend!

I was still about three hours from home and was understandably very concerned about making the drive safely. I brought my vehicle to Firestone, and they immediately took care of me. They found the nail, confirmed the puncture and air leak, removed the nail, and were able to patch the tire for me. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely concerned about getting me safely back on the road. Thank you to the entire Firestone team for your excellent service and for helping make a stressful situation much easier.

Front office staff are amazing and work really hard to accommodate customers. Problem is not having technicians that actually finish a ticket before moving to another ticket. Also, this store seems to have problems with keeping quality technicians. Granted, they have a lot of services they provide, but the technicians take forever to finish a single ticket. It should not take 4 hrs (or longer) to change oil, replace air filters and rotate tires. This kind of waiting is unacceptable. Customers literally wait and watch as their automobiles are taken into the shop, hoods lifted, raised on lifts, tires removed, etc. once the vehicle is placed, the technician seems to disappear and move on to another ticket or task, on another vehicle. Seems they would just finish the assigned ticket, get the vehicle out and move to the next. If there were any other auto service centers that accept Enterprise Fleet Management Cards, I'd go there instead. Rest assured I will check for others and post it. This is ridiculous!
