The trimmed trees look great, and the removed trees were cut down to the ground (we chose not to have the stumps removed because they are hidden, but grinding them is a service they offer). They brought a chipper and disposed of everything that was cut. They even cleaned up all the leaves that fell in the yard and on the street. I would highly recommend Artica Tree Service.

We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

I made HUGE MISTAKE paying in full, thinking they'd actually do the right thing. Furthermore and equally unethical, I discovered they falsely put a positive review from me on their website. I was completely shocked and outraged that they would COMPLETELY MAKE UP A REVIEW, especially since I am so unhappy with this company. I guess if they have to make up good reviews, they're clearly do bad work. A company that does satisfactory work gets real reviews - why not ask your customers to complete surveys or reviews. Unfortunately, I looked at these reviews when hiring and BBB is now useless.

My initial call for an estimate was easy, and scheduling was very organized and easy. The estimator showed up on time and gave several options on the quote, and provided a business card in the event of questions. After signing the invoice, my removal was scheduled. I received several reminder notifications and the crew arrived on time. The removal was very professional and they had all of the equipment to keep it safe and efficient. The entire tree was removed hours ahead of the estimated time, and this crew did an incredible job with cleanup. There was not so much as a twig left in my yard on completion. This company is really outstanding in their focus on the customer and the professional manner in which they operate.
