He knew exactly what I wanted to do to this poster. He measured it. He showed me different frames. He has a million frames to choose from by the way. He showed me around. We went with Black because the wanted picture had red in it. I wasn't too thrilled at first, but after picking it up today. I'm ecstatic!!!! I'm blown away by the work!!!! Every time I've asked for help I received a tone and their persona was disrespectful. The older lady at the cashier was so stand offish, she was so rude with helping the next few customers.
