I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the repairs and the lack of morals they displayed by trying to pull a fast one on me using crappy parts hoping I wouldn't notice to save the insurance company money instead of repairing my vehicle with parts on par to the quality of the parts in my vehicle before the accident.

When I showed up, none of the electronics worked on the doors. The power windows wouldn't roll up, the door locks were dead, mirrors unresponsive (which was caused by them not putting sensors back properly). On top of that, the wrap job was a complete joke: paint showing throughout the whole truck, edges peeling, and half the badges broken or missing We decided to have the wrap removed, only to find they'd left actual dents in the body where they had ripped off the emblems and badges. It cost me $1,800 to fix the dents and repaint the affected areas, and that's not even including the cost of replacing the damaged emblems. To make things worse, I spent 2 months trying to get Stephanie (the owner) to take responsibility. She claimed she had filed an insurance claim but could never provide a claim number or any proof. After dragging this out for weeks, she finally told me the insurance company said the damage was "less than the deductible, so it wouldn't be beneficial to file." Translation: either she never filed anything, or she completely wasted my time with a lie. Eventually, after constant pressure, she agreed to cover most of the damage. Just recently I had taken the truck to a different wrap shop, who actually knew what they were doing the difference was night and day. Bottom line: DO NOT trust this company with your vehicle. The level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and pure carelessness is beyond anything I've dealt with. Not worth the hassle, not worth the risk, and definitely not worth the money. A true Scam Artist! Let the pictures do the talking. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stephanie will lie and tell you one thing on text then the next week completely contradict herself as if the proof isn't in writing from she herself. She will run you around for weeks saying your property will be fixed and she wants to make it right without actually following through. Then follow up with excuses saying she's dealing with "personal issues" and that's why she hasn't done A B C and D. You will have to let her know you are seeking legal action just to get her to start acting. This company. is ran horribly. No business ethic whatsoever. This company has NO ACCOUNTABILITY and will make your life a living hell. Save the stress and find yourself a well vetted contractor yourself. No need on having a scam artist as a middle man.
