Long story short they repaired Wheel Hub And Bearing Assemblies, Replace Liftgate Support Struts,Replace Stabilizer Bar Link Kit, fixed engine light, tinted windows, replaced broken headlights, and replaced broken side panel. For an amazing price saving me over $1000 from another shop's estimate. They even offered me no credit check, no interest for 100 days financing. I went in for a correction of a noise in my car and came out with them damaging pieces of my tire area. This is the worst place I've ever been. Took my car in for the routine oil change On July 14th. I am very disappointed with my service, I have a 2019 SUV will very low miles, and that is only driven with in the area , and on September 8th my oil light came on. Checked my levels and my oil was almost empty! (I had to add 3 1/2 quarts) now either they never changed my oil, or they did not put the full amount of quarts in that an oil change calls for! I am soo disappointed with the service here that I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone here to use locally. I will use a different place locally instead! Bought 2 Groupons for this place for brakes and an alignment, got really good deals. Go up there to make an appointment on a Friday. Everything goes great, nice young lady helps me. I get confirmation text message. Appointment Monday at 11am. Show up Monday. No one knows about my appointment, was told the young lady was new and messed up my appointment. They don't have the parts. I'll have to come back, some one will call with a date they will have parts so I can set appointment. Wednesday afternoon, no one's called so I call to see what's going on with the parts. The "owner" answers and I tell him what's going on, he gets defensive and says whoever messed up my appointment and whoever didn't call isn't important, he does know who did that and he swears he's lol that matters and he's going to "fix" it. Show up Thursday at 12 for an inspection of brakes and alignment, still no guarantee of parts. I show up Thursday at the requested time and was told I couldn't use my Groupons they have a 1 voucher per car per year limit. Even though the last time I'd been there was over a year and a half ago. And I have a different car. I point this out and the guy said he can only go on what the notes say. Horrible service, gave me the runaround for almost a week then told me the deal I purchased was no good. It's a scam, don't go to this place. read more

This place is a gem. The person runnning it was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, the price was amazing and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Simple waiting room with a tv and drinks, and even a little table for the kids. I took my kid outside to run around while we waited too. For a puny job of a wheel alignment the mechanic needed to open up my hood for no good reason, couldn't even start my car without me on the shop floor. They messed up something and now my car's hood won't open, they said they would fix it but the guy sent me another location. The mechanic at the next shop kept lollygagging for about a hour and a half scrolling Instagram and TikTok while on the clock, then the shop pulled in the car of another customer who came after me. The business owner and staff have no conscience and have horrible work ethic, a dirty shabby shop and most of all ill trained personnel. Even the wheel alignment for which I took the car in for is now worse than when I went to the shop. Horrible experience 10/10 would recommend someone to avoid this horrible excuse for a car shop. read more

Fixed my car just for it to fall apart, called 12 times to talk with supervisor and being lied to about the supervisor is going to call me. Won't recommend this place to any one I'm now taking this company to court to pay for the damages and the time wasted on this issue and if it has happened to you go to the small claims department and file its 100$ but worth it. read more

I brought my car in to get the AC fixed because it was blowing hot air. He was very kind to let me use his truck while my AC is getting fixed. when I got my truck back the AC was still not cold but it was doable. I did not have time to go there and get my AC fixed but when I did it was blowing a little cold but not too much but was still hot. The mechanic looked at it and said it probably was now the blend door actuator after I change the compressor and all these other items which cost about $1000. So he was not for sure if there's a blender actuator but was going to charge me another thousand dollars to fix that part to fix the AC to be cold as it was supposed to be the first time I took it. And then when I left the location And now it is blowing hot there's no cold air at all it's just hot. I do not recommend this place I wanted to give a small town business some revenue but I am very disappointed in the service. read more
