Dermatologists still offer UV treatments in their clinics. UVB rays are the most helpful for psoriasis. At Rio Tanning I use a bed that has 70% UVA rays and 30%UVB rays. I recently had my yearly checkup with my dermatologist and he confirmed that for this is the best way for me to treat my psoriasis. There were TV / IPad noises coming from another room for some young child being "babysat" while I had my services. No spa like experience here. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for the loud TV/cartoon noises to be turned down. I was very uncomfortable. I really should have not continued with my service. Something felt very off with this business.

I was not greeted at the door, no one asked me my name or if I had an appointment, nothing. I walked in and is also very dirty, it didn't seem like they take care of the place at all. Ever since I walked in I just felt very neglected. I would not come back here ever again even if it was free. Horrible horrible horrible.
