I won a raffle after purchasing a wedding dress that included free lashes for myself and a friend through BeautyCode. We booked our appointment were all set, and then were told the day before our appointment that everyone at Beautycode was leaving for a class in Florida and wouldn't be able to help us, but to email to reschedule. This was in May. Despite multiple emails, asking for any opening and any information, I've heard nothing. I realize it was for a free service, but if you aren't planning on following through, why even offer?
