The balloon decorations stayed put given the fact Hurricane Hanna was blowing through San Antonio. Lillian was very flexible with the given weather conditions and creatively set up decorations just inside the garage so the mother and father to be could take shelter as friends and family drove by. Her artwork was super cute and the bassinet she made was a great staging area for pictures. She later picked up the supplies which made it very easy for the host and family to relax. Her kindness and communication made this event special and easy. Thanks!

We used to play here but the courts are so cracked up you never know where the ball is actually going to bounce. Court two has a crack/bump that is so big, it could be used to teach kids how to jump a mountain bike. The folks who actually still play tennis there have replaced the term "Mulligan" with "Overman." an example to be used in a sentence would be, " dude, that ball took such a weird bounce, just take an Overman" We joined Newcome so we could actually play tennis.

There were game machines as well and a small area for toddlers. There was even a small theater. The issue was that it all looked old, with some things held together with duck tape. This is where I found Pouring Events Bartending. The owner, Kevin, was so responsive to emails and phone calls. Kevin and his staff were willing to take on a High School graduation celebration. Our meal of sliders, fries, fried pickles and chicken tenders with sauces was an absolute success!!!! They also provided bartending services and this was a success for all the adults! At the end of the day it was most definitely worth having Kevin and his team catering and bartending. Our daughter graduates in 2 years and will definitely call Kevin and his staff again!!! The vegan lasagna was delicious (even the non vegans agreed) as was the fettuccine Alfredo, garlic bread, bruschetta, and Caesar salad. The Gluten free fettuccine was a hit for the "gluten free girlies", and the vegan, gluten free cheesecake bites were the bomb! I highly recommend hiring Kevin & his crew! They are the best!
