ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! We communicated to them that we needed them to deliver our tables and bounce house to the park at 12 pm, because the party started at 1. We waited until 12:30 and no one showed up, so I called. No one answered the phone. They showed up exactly 2 minutes before our daughter's party started. We had to rush to setup tables while guests were already there and arriving. The delivery people were rude as well and didn't even have the decency enough to apologize for messing up our daughter's birthday party! Editing my review to debunk the owners lies and false claims. The delivery was supposed to arrive at 12 per my contract, and they arrived at 12:58. They were aware the party was at 1 and it was crucial for them to show up on time. I did not ask the owner to arrive before 12. I don't care about them arriving before 12, because I did not ask them to arrive before 12. I simply asked them to show up at time they were supposed to. It is true. I did not smile at the people who arrived to my daughter's party an hour later. They showed up, were rude and did not apologize for being late. I did not belittle them or name call. The humiliation claim is ridiculous. I was the only one humiliated having to set up my daughter's party 22 minutes after it started. What I said to them was "Thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday. You can't even apologize for it. I don't want to speak to y'all because I'm upset, so you need to address my husband". I think that response was totally justified. To accuse me of name-calling to justify being an hour late to my daughter's party is insane. They had a contract with me to arrive at 12, and did not fulfill that. They have not owned up to messing up and have not tried to fix it. This is extremely unprofessional! Had an excellent experience with Superjump! The employees were available constantly and responding to my messages within 10 minutes every time I had a question. We had no issue reserving the balloon we wanted in advance along with tables and chairs. The price was very reasonable and on the day of the party they stayed in contact with us all day confirming the times they'd come by and remained flexible with drop off and pick up. We rented a bounce house for a family-only pandemic birthday party. Customer service was excellent - they texted before arriving, set up quickly, and spray cleaned the entire thing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very poor business ethics. We had reserved and paid for a jump balloon/water slide combo 4 weeks before my daughters birthday party to avoid exactly what happened. Less than 24 hours before the party i was given a "courtesy call" to let me know the jump balloon i had reserved was out of commission and not available. I was given two options, neither of which closely resembled what we had reserved. I told the employee on the phone i would have to discuss the options with my girlfriend. I was sent a text 15 minutes later that read one of my options was now rented and only had one choice. Needless to say they were very apologetic and quickly refunded our money. That didn't fix the issue they now created. Luckily a coworker had referred me to A's party rentals. I was able to rent the original jump balloon/water slide at a lower cost. When I found Super Jump on line, I was already relatively sure that I would be letting my daughter down for her birthday. I had used the same rental company for several years, and had taken it for granted that they would have something available. When I received notice that they were unable to assist me, I went into panic mode. I scoured the internet looking for a reasonably priced bounce house, but found myself in shock over some companies exorbitant prices! I finally came across Super Jump on Yelp and linked to www.superjumpsa.net where I found their website to be helpful. I put in a request for what I wanted, and within two minutes of sending a request, I was emailed a response. This led to a phone call where the arrangements were made and Jennifer set everything up for me. On a personal note, although I am somewhat outgoing in "real life", I have a phone phobia when it comes to stuff like this, but Jennifer was awesome and made the experience nice. I used them for my sons 5th birthday party. They came early to deliver the jumper, tables, and the cotton candy machine. I just had to have a cotton candy machine. My son loves cotton candy!!! Everything was very clean. Much better than other places that I have used where the jumper would be sticky and gross. Overall, great place to get stuff from. read more

I used them recently this past summer for my kids birthday party. I rented a waterside which was a hit with all the kids. I also rented a snow cone machine which was perfect for the hot weather. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! My rentals NEVER came..... I had to call to double check where the delivery was. They didn't even have me on there delivery route for that day. I still wanted to use this company, so I asked them for a discount due to my inconvenience. They refused to work with me or offer any type of compensation. Therefore, I had to call last minute on another rental company who was very friendly and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to NEVER use Super Jump. Super Jump did not uphold there statement of "providing the highest level of customer service" as stated on there website. I continue to use your company because I have always been provided the best customer service when placing my order. Mrs.Stacy always makes sure I have all that I request with no regards to the fact that I sometimes call at the last minute. When it comes time for delivery and setup, I am always greeted with a smile and have usually been attended by the same polite gentleman, whose name I believe to be Robert, along with his teenage daughter and son. At this time, I would like to acknowledge this gentleman for his honesty. On March 14, 2014, I contacted your company to provide a bouncer for my grandson's birthday party. When it was time for the pickup, my daughter handed me the money to pay for the bouncer. I directly handed the money to the gentleman without counting it. He put it in his pocket, said thank you and left. After about 20 minutes, he returned stating my daughter and I gave him to much money. We told him it was exactly $140.00. He handed us the money we gave him and said we gave him $200.00. During these hard economic times, it would have been easy for him to keep the extra money. His honesty was acknowledged and thanked by everyone still remaining at the party. My daughter and I truly appreciate him and hope that this email will get him some recognition as an exemplary employee of Super Jump of San Antonio.
