After I arrived at the clinic, my wait time was short. All of the staff were knowledgeable and professional - from the clerk at the front desk who registered me, to the nurse who took me to the treatment room, to the Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed my issue and promptly submitted a prescription to the pharmacy. The doctor was wonderful. The problem was I logged on online and added my name to the list. said I was 6 ppl away and it would be a 50 min wait time. About 50 minutes later it said I was 3rd in line to head in, checked in by the door and still said number 3. the waiting room was full. they let all those people go in front of me. I was there in the waiting room over an hour. I checked in online at 11:40, and I left the office at 3:00. i would have waited had I known I was going to be there all day. the front desk lady was sweet as could be and understood my frustration as did a nurse trying to explain the way they do things and not saying they were the right way to do it. I would not recommend Getwell Urgent Care to provide services. I left messages for the nurse to call me concerning a medication concern several times. I have not heard from anyone. Due to poor communication I had to visit another urgent care clinic to help me. Very inconvenient and costly. read more

I went in after falling and hurting my ankle and shoulder. I had a very short wait time. All the professionals working were very nice and took great care of me! I got x-rays in both places and the FNP Nixon explained everything and wrote a prescription for pain. I highly recommend coming here for urgent care. They are open til 7 on a Sunday! Took son in for illness. No wait so that's good. After that things went downhill. While some might think this is nitpicking, it actually tells the tail for the visit. First thing I notice is the nurses lack of professionalism while attending to patients with her shoes untied. Second, in all my years I have never seen medical personnel take blood pressure on a patient with a sweatshirt on. While reading was on the lower side of normal, how much could taking the reading over the sweatshirt? Seems like a lazy practice. Lastly and by far the worst issue. NP tells us my child was negative for strep and Covid but positive for the flu. While reading through paperwork, they charted positive for Covid. Once again just lazy behavior. read more

When I got there on a Sunday morning, only 4 were in the waiting room including me. I didn't think I would have to wait long, but I found out there were 15 people waiting back in the rooms and the place was freezing cold. I had to wait and wait. I asked the only nurse about the wait and 5 min. later the NP came in and was not happy that I was not content to keep waiting in that cold office. She was the only one there to see all patients that whole day. What kind of place is that to have a skeleton crew and all those people waiting in all those rooms? Also she only was in my room 20 seconds, ordered a Tetnus shot and called in 2 prescriptions. I'll never go there again with people hidden waiting in the rooms and freezing to death. I chose this location because i was traveling and it had good ratings. I got there early before the waiting room was packed but still had to wait a couple of hours. When they finally got me in my room I still had a very long wait before the doctor came in to see me and the air was turned up way too high. (I was freezing) I did mention the room was too cold but the first girl ignored my comment. Towards the end of my appoitment another nurse came in and noticed it was too cold and she offered a blanket but all they had was a towel. I still appreciated her kindness. The staff just did not seem very people friendly in general except the girl who gave me the towel and my shot. (She was nice) Although not rude they were just kind of dry in the personality area and made me feel like just another face or number. The room i was in didn't look very clean and that was a bit of a concern and that's something I always pay attention to in the medical industry when being treated. I don't think I would like to go back to that facility because it just didn't fit my preferences read more

All of the staff is always efficient and caring. The nurse we had today cared for my son and I. She was excellent at showing my son what she was going to do to him by doing to me first and made the trip much smoother since he just turned 2, no tears or crying. Obviously he didn't like the throat swab but was fine as soon as it was over. Always go to when in a bind and can't get into pediatrician early enough. read more

Second time I have gone for a sinus cocktail shot at this location, and been given a false positive Covid test. Immediately left and got tested again elsewhere and it was negative. Due to the positive test I was unable to get the shot I came in for so it was a waste of time. read more

Using the website to pre schedule your appointment is definitely the way to go. They'll text when you're close to being able to be seen so you don't have to sit in a waiting room sick for hours. I was probably in and out in 45 min. The office is very clean. Staff is good (only critique I could have would be that the nurses/techs weren't exactly conversational; they were absolutely not rude just not exactly there to interact on a personal level lol). This place is pitiful. They did not help me at all just charged me $40 for a Covid test. The nurse practitioner wasn't even trying to hear or help address my concern. In addition to the $40 paid in the office another bill was sent in the mail for $20. So once again I paid $60 total for fucking covid test when I wasn't displaying symptoms of it and wasn't there for that. I wish I could give this place no stars. Didn't even look at the injury just handed me the x-ray report and made me feel like I wasted everyone's time for even bothering to have an injury checked. Have never felt so horrible leaving a medical office in my life. Will be taking this issue up with higher up's of the practice, no one should be treated this way especially when you are paying for a service. She made me feel that I was questioning her authority for asking questions regarding my reason for the visit.
