So if you happen to see this company don't deal with them, it looks like they happen to go to other places and just try to take business from the locals guys who are already taking care of these establishments. A lot of the time people like these will service your extinguishers or hood systems but they won't show up ever again or even "forget" to tag them and when you call they never show up to fix it especially since they aren't even from our area. The man that came seemed to have a middle eastern accent and drove a gray 2020 or newer Chevy Silverado. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them as they seem to have no regard for others. He looks legitimate, but is not able to read the room and properly introduce himself and why he's there. Just strolls in looking like he works for the fire department with his patches and tells me my fire extinguisher is expired and that I need a new one. I was definitely fooled and end up writing a check to this guy. He doesn't properly show and explain to me why I need to replace me extinguisher, just takes it away and throws it into his rav4 with crates full of fire extinguishers that look like they were just getting swapped out from different stores and replaces it with a supposedly new one. The replaced product wasn't even new!! The one he gives me is all beat up and has a new card that supposedly signed off by the fire department certifying the expiration date. It was all not right and I did a quick research immediately after and stumbled onto this yelp page. I am so angry this guys deceived me. Deceivers will get nothing from me. It would've been a different story if this guy was transparent from the start, would've happily gave him my business. Beware of this man, do not let his uniform and patches fool you like it did with me. Luckily I was able to cancel my check, but it could've easily been a cash transaction. Don't get scammed.
