Aside from that, it's basically like any other big box store. Bulk items of everything you can imagine. Plus they have some great prepared foods (taco kits, pot pies etc). They also have a cafe which is a really cheap way to feed your family. They have pizza, hot dogs, yogurts, ice cream, pretzels, icees and pop. The downside is that there are ALWAYS lines. They never have enough registers open.

Sorry, world…read more... Sam's is better than Costco Okay, now that that is cleared up! Sam's Club is just better! Yeah, bulk purchases mean more planning and sometimes you don't 100 bags of the same thing over and over. But I love Sam's more for the extra things on top of just the bulk food. They have the absolute cheapest packaging supplies (I do a lot of shipping so cheap bubble wrap and tape SPEAK to me) The food samples are just nostalgic youth moments and still fun to grab multiple... PS the workers don't care. The faster it goes, the quicker they can go in the back. The scan and go changed the game. No more waiting in lines and no more wondering if you over spent as you wheel your big cart to the front. Simple integration in their app and simple to use. I wish more stores could get on board. Plus... now the automatic exit scanners mean no more employee fumbling through your cart to scan the required number of items. Sam's knows what we need and they implement it.

While some may find this store to be nothing special, the prices here were seriously amazing. The clothes didn't really tickle my fancy but there was a huge selection for woman, men, plus sizes and kids. They also had shoes, pet supplies, snacks but the real winner here was the home selection! Awesome home decor, wall clocks, adorable lamp shades, dining room tables, couches, chevron chaise chairs... All brand new at dirt cheap prices. I'm not sure i would i would invest in their couches or chairs, but im considering a 3 piece dining set that i noticed for $100. It would fit my super small dining space perfectly. I didn't get too much here this time.. A memory foam bath rug ($5.. My last one was $15- on black Friday) & a ball my nephew found that he loved..even though it's pink. He's 11 months so he doesn't care lol. Excited to head back here.. I need new home decor to change it up in my living room. This place will work fine..

This has been my worst retail experience in that regard hands down. Besides that this particular cashier was just lousy. I had to ask if her lane was open because she never looked up as I approached. I think the response was "uh huh" while still not looking at me. She was then slow as molasses if molasses could be that slow. She clearly did not want to be there. This store is convenient and prices good but after experiencing their lack of COVID practices in particular I will forego this store for other options.

Going forward, I'll give my brand new (tagged) or gently worn to a homeless shelter, which is what I should've done in the first place. The website is vague on the process of selling items so naturally when I walked into the store, I had a few questions. The associate who assisted me wasn't helpful or friendly. I dropped off a brand new pair of running Nikes along with the receipt in the box as well as a pair of never worn new Cole Haan leather loafers, and a pair of new shorts that I purchased from Old Navy... all three items had tags on them. I was handed a receipt and told to come back when I received a text message from the store with NO EXPLANATION of how items were determined in selling price. At this point in the transaction, I became frustrated and turned around and left the store. About 45 minutes later I received a text message to return to the store. I was told that my three items were worth $12 and that the Cole Haan shoes will not be accepted because they are not a current trend. WHAT?! Leather loafers aren't on trend? Anyone looking to sell their new or gently used items would fair better selling them on Poshmark. You live and you learn.

I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. Who is dumb enough to insist this has never happened before? Todd at ProSource Monroeville and Brian at Topcu. Who is dumb enough to admit this does happen and I was lied to repeatedly for over 2 months? Ed at Prosource Monroeville. Who was smart enough to give me my money back? PNC. You would be better off buying your supplies at a flea market. But if you want to buy this crap they sold me check the usual spots where people sell stuff, I will be listing it for sale there until someone buys it, which I expect will be a very long time.
