I was getting tires on my son's car so I had some time to kill...and since I was unsupervised got this, anfmd that, and oh I can use some of this too! Sams is a great place with good prices.

The cafe food was AWSOME as I remember it to be, we haven't eaten at Sams Club in years! The Nathan's Hot Dog was GREAT and for the first time I tried the pizza , nice and pleasant surprise it was Really GOOD. Will remember to grab a bite there again after shopping! Highly recommend !!!

The older lady at the bakery section today around 330 was very rude. Went there to pick up a cake that I ordered over the phone late last week. I told her the name the cake was under as well as the type of cake and size it was, she went looking for it came back and was like she can't find the cake could it be under a different name and I told her no because I put it under my name which is the name I gave her to begin with and again, I told her the type of cake it was (what image was on it). She kind of got snippy and said she needs to know the name the cake is under because she's not about to go back there and look through every cake. so for the third time I told her my name Fay and last name and again and she still couldn't find the cake. She brought out the cake order forms for today and showed me and said, do you recognize any of these names? As I'm looking I don't see my name, but then I see they have something that may be my name though it's spelt wrong. I go by "Fay" they had "Say". She went back, got the cake. Though if she would've just looked in the first place she wouldn't have missed the cake. A full sheet cake with Pikachu. This isn't a easy cake to miss. She had an attitude for no reason because she failed to look for the cake in the first place. As big as this cake is how did she miss it....

This Sam's club carries a few things that I enjoy but not enough in the food department. Lots of beverages to choose from although I only get water. 40 bottles of 16.9 fl oz for $4. Can't beat that right? i use to shop here for my dog food but I wanted something healthier for them to eat. I noticed recently they have a brand of Purina that has no wheat or soy and that chicken is the main ingredient. It's a lot cheaper than what I am buying now so I think I will switch to that. The food section is large but most of it isn't organic so I have to carefully look through to find certain items that I like. They have organic coconut oil for only $8 and it's a big tub too. They sell meat by the bulk which leads me to believe at what hourly rate these animals are being killed to produce this much meat for hungry consumers. Not to mention how much meat people waste on a daily basis. I usually grab the salads that are organic and the cage free egg bundle. The clothes are a little pricey to me unless they are out of season. The same shorts they sold for $17 in the summer are now $9.99. I tried to find some in my hubbys' size but they were all gone. This store is great for Restaurant owners and Large families. I like to buy certain things in bulk that don't expire and last a long time like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and even dishwasher powder. It literally takes me a year to go through all the garbage bags that I own. haha. I wish the lines weren't so long here. They did add a few self check out lines but they are 10 items or less and don't accept cash. The small cafe they have at the end is pretty nice. The italian sausage they have with peppers and onions is really good and full of flavor. The pizza is decent too but sometimes it's not cooked through all the way and the crust is extremely doughy. They could use a few more items like gaming consoles and shoes but i guess we will see what conspires!!

I love sam's club I can get all my healthy foods in BIG sizes..

This has been my worst retail experience in that regard hands down. Besides that this particular cashier was just lousy. I had to ask if her lane was open because she never looked up as I approached. I think the response was "uh huh" while still not looking at me. She was then slow as molasses if molasses could be that slow. She clearly did not want to be there. This store is convenient and prices good but after experiencing their lack of COVID practices in particular I will forego this store for other options.

Merchandise can be a bit iffy here, you really need to scour the racks to find a decent item at a decent price. I was able to find one of those such items, but it took me nearly a half hour to find it and another fifteen minutes to get access to the fitting room. Some of the items up for grabs here should really not even be looked at. Their furniture section are items that will need to be replaced is just a few months, that should say worlds about the type of product some items area here. Check out takes a bit of time here. It appears the cashiers come and go as they please. I was standing in a line that the cashier just left, making me have to go to another line. If I feel like I want to waste some time, I will stop back here, but with it being off the beaten path, it's not a must destination to visit.

Going forward, I'll give my brand new (tagged) or gently worn to a homeless shelter, which is what I should've done in the first place. The website is vague on the process of selling items so naturally when I walked into the store, I had a few questions. The associate who assisted me wasn't helpful or friendly. I dropped off a brand new pair of running Nikes along with the receipt in the box as well as a pair of never worn new Cole Haan leather loafers, and a pair of new shorts that I purchased from Old Navy... all three items had tags on them. I was handed a receipt and told to come back when I received a text message from the store with NO EXPLANATION of how items were determined in selling price. At this point in the transaction, I became frustrated and turned around and left the store. About 45 minutes later I received a text message to return to the store. I was told that my three items were worth $12 and that the Cole Haan shoes will not be accepted because they are not a current trend. WHAT?! Leather loafers aren't on trend? Anyone looking to sell their new or gently used items would fair better selling them on Poshmark. You live and you learn.

However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. Who is dumb enough to insist this has never happened before? Todd at ProSource Monroeville and Brian at Topcu. Who is dumb enough to admit this does happen and I was lied to repeatedly for over 2 months? Ed at Prosource Monroeville. Who was smart enough to give me my money back? PNC. You would be better off buying your supplies at a flea market. But if you want to buy this crap they sold me check the usual spots where people sell stuff, I will be listing it for sale there until someone buys it, which I expect will be a very long time.

Two of the last three visits we've left without our prescriptions because of the line. This last time was the final straw. I sat in line (without moving) for almost ten minutes. Next thing I know, a lady from the pharmacy is outside telling me I need to leave because they're closing. She went along and told all the cars behind me the same thing - we needed to leave the line and go inside to get our prescriptions. If the pharmacy is closing, which is why we need to leave the line, why are we able to get the prescriptions inside, then? The former pharmacy entrance is now closed to customers and used for curbside pickup only, so you have to park at the opposite end of the store then walk the complete length of the store to get to the pharmacy. There's a handicapped placard on my car for a reason! I can't walk that far! I was in line well before their closing time and wasted all that gas for nothing. I had to leave without my prescription. If they won't help people after a certain time, even though they were in line before closing, then they need to have the person put out traffic cones to close the line off before they close so they can serve people who are in line before they close. And closing at 6:00 is ridiculous!
