When he gave me a price of $38.50 for repairs, I thanked him and asked if I could check the difference between repairs and a new set. When my wife explained the difference in settings, I realize that this was a fair offer. So, when I went back to this store, I was told that I was rude for not taking his bid and that he didn't want to do business with me. Most reputable businesses would understand that someone wanted to get a second opinion on a repair. The owner of this facility reminds me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. If he doesn't like you, you're not going to get service.
