I got a few quotes and I have to say they range from $300 to $1300 I know it's pretty crazy. I went with Duct Expert. They were great with communicating and replying back. They even went beyond and work weekend when they were closed. They got to my location and realize that they could not work within the space of the furnace area. So the guy explain to me what he could do and was willing to drop the price and advise me the price range for each section of the cleaning ( furnace, ducts, coil, and AC). I did not go with them since they could not do the furnace and they explain why and I totally understand. But the service and how they treat me were great. I just wish I was able to use their service. Imagine how they treat you before they got into your door, their work should be great to right?

The second offered an add-on service, but when I asked about why I'd need it, they admitted I didn't. They also came in hundreds of dollars about the third company--Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. I liked Lowe's flat rate: no surprises! I liked the service even better. The technician arrived on time. He took off his shoes in the house and was respectful of our things. He worked diligently for about seven hours to clean our dryer vent and the ducts for our three HVAC systems. He showed me before and after pictures that I could identify as ours because I'd found the same pet food kibbles elsewhere in the house from the former owner.
