Georgie was amazing and walking us around and telling us about the history of all the animals, their quirky behaviors, mating practices, and other fun and educational things. I can FEEL how much she loves and cares about all her babies and what she does. She gives to the community and shares knowledge with many schools and other foundations. Her animals are all so sweet and loving and gentle, which speaks to how they are raised and treated. I recommend coming to Ghost Ranch Exotics any time you get the chance! It was truly a beautiful and fun experience.

    Capybara fun!

Fantastic time! Our guide was very kind and informative about all the beautiful animals. Sharing with us their stories and about their personalities. They really care for the animals and their visitors. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to book a private tour on the website, and if you're local and Arizona is a little cheaper for us. We have dual residency in California and Arizona. The maps took us here just fine. It is a dirt road. Be careful not to run over anything like rocks and stuff on a nice flat part so you don't get a flat tire. I would try to come on a dry day without rain, specially if you're in a car that might get stuck in the mud. It had a very slight rain when I was leaving, but it wasn't too bad. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My son and daughter and they had a lot of fun. We took a lot of photos created some good memories and can't wait to come back.

We had the most amazing day meeting, petting, and feeding capybaras!! We had kids as young as 2.5 years old and up to 14 years old and they all absolutely loved it! I'm not sure if the kids or adults had more fun. We got to cuddle 5 month old capybaras!! There is so much more to see beyond the capys!! So many unique animals, who knew you can pet a porcupine?? The staff was so friendly and informative, you can tell they really care about the animals and take great care of them. Highly recommend adding this to your AZ bucket list!

Such a cool experience!! We did the Capybara Experience and had an absolute blast! Georgi was our guide and we learned a ton about the ranch and the animals. The ranch is beautiful and well kept. The animals are definitely loved and valued by everyone. We have previously visited the ranch years ago at their original location, so it's awesome to see it grow and expand. We will definitely plan on visiting again to see more of the animals!!!

    Baby goat cuddles

A complete treasure to get to see, interact with, pet and feed completely unique animals. Surprisingly, holding and cuddling the baby goats was a highlight for me.

My 8 year old daughter fell in love with Capybaras and wanted to meet one so badly.

The lights, music, activities, vendors were all good in general which is why I'm giving 3 stars. Except for the items that follow, this would be a very wonderful experience. The part that decreased the rating is the Christian nationalism. Nothing says "birth of our Savior, peace on Earth, good will to mankind" like the juxtaposition of the manger scene across from the American war and killing machine, complete with tanks and paratroopers and the police. And of the 10 songs they kept on loop, 2 were nationalist songs. One of the songs was literally the military recruiting jingles from the 1980s recruitment commercials. The second song was the Toby Keith Trump campaign song "Proud to be an American" . What does that have to do with Jesus, Mary and Joseph? The 10 songs looped every 30 minutes. That means every child there heard those two songs about 4 times in 2 hours. Christofascist propaganda at its worst directed toward children. The USA is the largest human rights violator on the planet, the literal antithesis of Christ and his message of peace and love. The last thing there were small animals without warm accommodations. They should put down some clean straw maybe more enclosure for the babies, or put them up at sunset. The Bible also states that we are to be good stewards to the animals on this planet. https://lightsatthefarm.com/

They also had free activities for the kids, & a pallet maze. There were bonfires going & you can buy s'mores ingredients. There was a tiny skating rink for an extra fee but we didn't do that.
