Between reading through endless online product reviews and trying to find the perfect softness that my body enjoyed was quite the task. Just like most people I woke up one morning with a stiff neck, shoulder pains and my back was all messed up so I decided the time has come to retire my old mattress. I came in to Levins Strongsville location off of Pearl Rd clueless of what I wanted or what I needed and met this incredible guy named Jay. He literally helped me identify exactly what I needed after I told him about my problems. The great thing about Jay is that he wasn't a pushy salesman. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress. He took his time and listened exactly what I was looking for and what type of budget I was working with and from there he went in with his recommendations. Of course I decided to splurge on myself and ended up selecting a Stearns and Foster mattress based off of their reputation and their incredible 10yr warranty you get when purchasing a cover. You know you're adulting when you get excited about waking up with less aches and pains! So we set up a day for it to be delivered which to met surprise was 3 days later! The next morning I woke up at the excitement of getting a new bed and decided I wanted to purchase the same one for my parents since they were also complaining about neck and body aches and figured since I couldn't afford to buy them a house the least I could do is invest in really great mattress for them for Christmas! I arrived early in the morning and the location was closed for another hour. There was a guy inside who saw me and came to the door. His name was Matt. He was super nice and gladly helped me place another order for my parents mattress. Zero attitude. He didn't point at his watch and tell me to come back. This is the type of service you will receive at this store. Both Jay and Matt have incredible customer service skills and you feel super comfortable investing in a new mattress. Moral of the story is I've discovered my perfect comfort level! On Levins scale its a #4! I decided to go with Stearns and Foster Cassat Plush mattress. We were greeted by Matthew Taylor who is very personable and made our shopping experience enjoyable. Matthew is very knowledgeable and provided guidance when we were indecisive about different products, and he took the time to explain different materials and fabrics to us so we could make the best decision based on our lifestyles and preferences. We also appreciate the staff at this store being very welcoming and not pushy. While making our purchase we found out one of our items were either discontinued or out-of-stock, and Matthew quickly got on the phone to troubleshoot and identify alternative options. He also helped us figure out a delivery time that fit within our busy work schedules and ended up receiving the mattress in less than 48 hours! Matthew goes above and beyond to help customers and we cannot recommend this store and staff to others. Highly recommend, and we will be back in the near future!

I ordered a bed from this store, changed my mind 57 times, laid on all the beds for many days in a row, and changed my order another 35 times. In the end I ended up with a big fancy bed that I still haven't figured out where I want delivered (it's like weeks later it is just sitting at their warehouse). The store manager, is absolutely a joy to work with. He is infinitely patient and knowledgable about the products in store. I had the pleasure of working with the store manager, Harry, who bent over backwards to help me and try to accommodate all of my requests. Misleading Return Policy and Poor Communication…read more I visited this store to try out several online mattress brands. The owner was helpful and recommended the blue Winkbed model as the best option among the ones I was considering. I specifically asked if I could return the mattress after the 30-day trial period, and I was told yes. Inside the mattress box were marketing materials from the manufacturer clearly stating a "no-hassle 30-day free return policy." After 30 days, I contacted the store to initiate a return. The employee who answered couldn't help, so I called the number listed on their website under "Contact Us." I was then told that only the white Winkbed model was eligible for a full refund--not the blue model I purchased. This specific detail was not disclosed at the time of sale, despite my direct question. In fact, the owner discouraged me from buying the white model due to quality concerns. The paperwork stated, "reselection only," which I was told was added for transparency--but that term is vague. Why not just call it what it is: an exchange? To make matters worse, the owner commented that I had reached his personal line on his day off. How are customers supposed to know your schedule? And if you don't want to be contacted on a personal line, why list it on your website? Ultimately, I was allowed to return the mattress, but I had to pay nearly $700 plus a $70 pickup fee. Overall, very confusing and I felt misled and disappointed. The store did not honor the manufacturer's return policy and relied on unclear paperwork instead of honest communication. Buyer beware: Don't fall for flashy mattress brands that spend heavily on advertising. If you want quality and transparency, purchase from a manufacturer with a long history in the industry who produces mattresses that are not compressed in a box.
