I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

Daniel who assisted me at Mattress Firm was by far the most knowledgeable on the products. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and there was no pressure to purchase nor steering to a higher cost product. I was fairly certain I wanted a temperpedic due to back issues and I was delighted to see they had all the models to try! Daniel explained the difference between them all, encouraged me to try all of them, and answered my many questions. As this was going to be a pricey purchase I needed a few days to think on it and go back and revisit the store and retest the mattresses. The second visit service was again phenomenal with Daniel. I did purchase a Temperpedic mattress and I am looking forward to delivery this weekend. Daniel went over all the warranty info in detail. Truly top notch service and made this process pleasant and stress free! I had an opportunity to talk to the other reps at the store while I was trying out mattress and all were friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Based on our likes or dislikes about the mattress we just tested he showed us different mattresses. We eventually settled on one, Paul priced it and then we left to do more comparative shopping as Sleep Outfitters was our first stop. As mentioned the other stores were similarly priced & the sales people were fine but we really appreciated Paul's sales style and expertise. He has the Ease bed himself and said it's been a game changer for his back, which was injured in a car accident. Bill, the manager of the store, and Mike answered all my questions. I was able to set up delivery on the day of my choice, two days later. I asked if the delivery people would wear shoe protectors when they came in the house. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me.
