And, one word in particular comes up again and again: FABULOUS! My husband and I could not agree more! We were paired up with our DJ, Abay Israel, by DJ DC Productions. Before we even talked about music, Abay wanted to talk about us. We met with him well in advance of our event, and the majority of our one-hour meeting focused on my husband and I as a couple, who we are as people, who are friends are, who will be attending the wedding, and the overall feel that we want to create. In discussing our needs for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, Abay was extremely knowledgeable about our venue and what type of sound amplification we would need. After our initial meeting, we kept in communication with Abay via phone and email, and we felt comfortable and confident that we were in very capable hands. Additionally, he communicated in advance directly with our ceremony musicians to arrange their sound needs as well, which I consider another mark of DJ DC Production's professionalism and service. When discussing our goals for the evening, we made one thing clear: We wanted a party! Abay delivered just that and so much more!! We provided song suggestions via the DJ website, but when it came down to it, Abay read the crowd and delivered on every level - Keeping the crowd dancing and pumping them up with the help of his hype man, Jamall Bufford. I would recommend Abay, Jamall, and the DJ DC Productions crew to anyone looking for a fantastic and professional DJ! I wish we could live that night over again! - - It was truly a BLAST! They communicate well with the client, other vendors and with each other. The day of the event was smooth and the reception was just plain fun. My daughter and son-in-law loved them, my husband and I loved them and our guest loved them. Their website is great and they help you pick the music for different stages of the event. Then once the music for entrances, formal dances, etc. were picked with left the rest up to the professionals and we were not disappointed. It was even still decorated from their relatives wedding a few weeks prior to us viewing it. However, upon actually using the place it was clearly cleaned immaculately for the family member. The huge beautiful windows were murky and had smudges all over them (A few of my wedding photos show this). The yellow jackets were a HUGE problem resulting in 2 guests being stung. You aren't allowed to use an outside caterer unless you pay them $2000 and the food had no flavor. They set out MOLDY cheese for our guests, which did get partially consumed before a bridesmaid noticed. They removed the appetizers and never said a word to my husband or me and never replaced it with anything! We paid over $300 for cheese, crackers, and veggies! They state in the contract that we can't take home leftovers due to Health Department codes, understandable, however, their kitchen staff took the leftovers home after clearing dinner up before our guests were even done eating. Their kitchen staff also stole desserts that we paid for from a separate vendor! No one is on site after dinner is cleaned up so if you have anything come up during the reception you have to contact them over the phone. Our DJ stated he didn't like the way the owner dictated how everything was set up and time frames so he has decided to no longer DJ at this venue. The next day we discovered trash in the room to get ready in that was obviously not left by us which means they didn't even thoroughly clean the room. We were so highly disappointed with this place. We worked hard to pay for this and it was not the dream wedding we both envisioned at all.

All the rooms were super clean and lawn was mowed the morning before our wedding. All of the staff that we met the day before our wedding and the morning of were so kind and helpful! We had more people than we originally thought and they were so helpful with accommodating the extra chairs for the ceremony and worked with everything that we wanted done. I cannot say enough good things about this day and this venue made all of our wedding dreams come true. I highly recommend this venue to anyone!!
