I had a deep clean of my home done on Tuesday by Laura, April, and Courtney. Booking was easy and communication was good leading up to the day of the cleaning. When the team arrived, they took a quick glance around to get their bearings and then I took my dog and headed to work. I returned just as they were wrapping up. April shouted out "It's like a brand new home!" and she was right. The house looked (and smelled) wonderful. I've got a LOT of knick knacks and each one was gently moved, wiped down (along with the shelf it was on) and returned to its place. My stove literally looked like it was brand new. Amazing job! I do not recommend this service. The business appears to train teams to be efficient, not thorough and thoughtful. I used the business for nearly a year and experienced the work of 4-5 teams over the course of that time. None offered the level of service that I've received with previous cleaners, leading me to believe this is a business-wide issue, not an issue with any particular employees. I had Team 2 (Veronica and one other lady). The service was wonderful. They came on time and they were very thorough and friendly. They made sure everything was done the way I wanted before they left. It took the average time of two hours and I felt the house was really clean when they left. They also accepted a check instead of requiring online payment. Definitely a five star job and five star team. read more

There are many other more reliable and trustworthy cleaning companies out there, who do a far better job than this company. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of money and time. The cleaning is such that every time they leave I find myself having to clean the worktops / counter tables all myself again, to take off the residue / dirt. They do not bother ever cleaning the windowsill's, or cleaning the cooker properly. Basically, it is a cloth being wiped across surfaces without looking, just to tick a box that the clean has been done. I would find myself having to clean up straight after they have left, which defeats the purpose of hiring cleaners and paying for the job to be done. The cleaners who come to your home are inconsistent, so you never know who is coming, in addition to them never coming at the stated appointment times. I have found myself waiting for 2-3 hours a few times for them to turn up. Sometimes they would come unmasked and asking me for face masks? As I said before, very unprofessional. Besides all of this, we would ignore it and just continue with our cleaning appointments. We were paying for our floors to be vacuumed basically, at least that's how it looked - not a clean as stated per terms and conditions. I just put up with it for well over a year, until our personal items went missing with cleaners we had not seen before. Absolutely terrible experience. Management is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, despite loyalty to their company with the cleaning appointment contract for such a long period of time, and politeness / understanding from our end when attempting to deal with this issue. Due to this, we had to stop the appointments with this cleaning company and have sought cleaning elsewhere! I would seriously steer away from this cleaning company, if you value your items and want a stress free experience. I have been using this service for roughly 2 years now, not until recently have I come across an issue that has been progressing for quite a while. It appears that my shower has not been getting the maintenance I have been paying for because I have found black mold growing. I pay good money for my home to be clean and this is what I am left with. They come once every two weeks on the same day, but they never come at a consistent time. There is usually a window between 10am and 3pm. The girls are always nice, but you never get the same girls twice. I have one lady in particular who does a great job in my showers that i have requested many times, but I have not been given the opportunity to have her. My husband is a tour driver and is only home about 2 months a year. When he recently came home and saw the condition of the shower, he compared it to a bad truck stop shower. He contacted Rhonda, the lady who works in the office (and is also very nice), to voice our complaint. Rhonda spoke to the owner about the issues. We were offered the opportunity to have someone come re-clean the shower. I was also offered on a regular basis to have the lady I have been asking for. There was no need now, I had already cleaned it myself. Why do they think I would want them to re-clean it when they obviously hadn't been cleaning it for quite a while. I am disappointed that the owner didn't seem concerned enough about the complaint or the pictures provided to her to even bother calling us herself. Apparently I expected too much. I guess over 2 years of bi-monthly service doesn't warrant keeping the customer happy. The lack of concern has cost them a customer. read more

Not only did they leave the house spotless and make me feel 100% at ease, they left me the most awesome notecards with positive affirmations and mantras to help me get out of this depression rut. I stg, those notes have been more helpful for my mental and emotional health than years of therapy with a psychiatrist. Those notes, along with a few other happy surprises around the house and the impeccable work they did on the really icky parts, will hands down keep me coming back again and again. Being my first time using a cleaning service, I was pretty happy. The young ladies did a pretty good job. Only a few things were missed. The biggest being the 2 linen closets inside the 2 bathrooms. I was given this as a Mother's Day gift. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning. Very expensive for doing appeared to be a weekly cleaning job. The blinds had dust left on them. The lower half of the windows were cleaned but none of the upper windows were cleaned. Doorframes were not dusted and the light globes were not cleaned. I reported all of this to the company they sent the same team back to re-clean a second time. they only cleaned the areas that I instructed them were missed the first time. Which were not cleaned the second time. I called the company a third time. the owner of the local company came to my house., with a team of cleaners. They again missed all of the areas that I instructed them to be cleaned. She then proceeded to tell me the naked that I thought should have been cleaned could not be cleaned because it would not come off. Which I proved her wrong.
