When I came in for my appointment I really liked the chill vibes in the office and also the chill music. It made me feel more relaxed. The staff are super friendly and have a great sense of humor. At the end of the consultation he brought in the supplements and patches that I will need to heal my body. He also suggested other products that will help me, however he did not push for me to buy them. I will buy them next time though, since your girl was running a bit low on cash at the time. They understand your budget situation and will work with your budget, which is very awesome! He also gave me a list of what to eat and what not to eat. He is very thorough with his instructions. Her plan for regulating my cycle involved flax seeds and sesame seeds- something I could definitely afford. In the past, I have worked with naturopaths who convince me to spend hundred of dollars on specific tests, and then committee to a supplement regime that costs hundred of dollars every month. While Dr. Masha did recommend supplements, they are all ones that I could afford. She provided me guidance on brands, but did not insist that I buy the most expensive brand through her (as has been my past experience).
