I got Nhance to refinish my kitchen cabinets. -They dont…read moresand or prep -So much hair and paint chunks in the finished look - super thin paint, not enamel, just poor paint - paint just comes off in most places with minimal contact They will not sand and prep my cabinets and re-paint. They already got paid $6k for it so all they WILL do is charge me $2.6k to replace the cabinets doors. My doors and drawers are in great condition, there's no need to replace them but I can't afford to pay someone else to take it all down, sand, prep and re-paint again. NOT HAPPY They said they wash the cabinets down and the paint isn't sticking because of oils on the surface over the years. Well sanding takes care of that. And my question is...If YOU KNOW your method doesnt work well with refinishing, why keep doing it that way? I SEE WHY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. They came over to give an estimate and didn't have an example of what the finished product would look or feel like but told me it would be enamel-like. Its more like a thinner, less covering paint. It was supposed to be in gloss and they did a satin finish, so no shine at all. I also spent a lot of time and money choosing my color. Went thru 17 different samples and they cost $8 each. But I found my color, they said they can match anything. It was supposed to be a faint sage color. They said they couldn't match it on the DAY OF WORK. If I would have known that they couldn't match it, I could have given them my second choice which was a warm vanilla shade. But since it was the day of, I just went with it. The cabinets doors and drawers are very thinly covered and lots of chunks and hairs and grit in the paint. Now it does look nice from afar but not up close and not the color i chose, but what they chose FOR ME. They told me "we dont have every single color" but i was told they could color match anything. It was quick and finished on time but not the color I wanted or the sheen and you can see some areas where I did paint swatches on the doors, just the outline of the old paint because they dont sand anything. Paint is already chipping off and lots of areas that came off when tape was removed. I took pics and sent them so they came out and asked where the issues were. I pointed out all the chunks, hairs, areas that were already peeling off, the nail that was sticking out and they just painted over it and minimal coverage areas. They said i signed a contract acknowledging that there would be "some pitting" , i didnt realize "some pitting" was every surface, front,back, top, bottom, left and right. It just looks like it didn't get full coverage. Owner said i was "too picky" and he'd be proud to show off this work. Well I guess thats good cause its going on your review! They said they would touch it all up and if I wasnt happy, they would re-paint. So after the touch up, I said I wasnt happy because the coverage was still showing the wood color thru. Owner said they weren't going to repaint. I was like? You JUST told me that you would re-paint but now you wont. So I said I guess we're done. So a few days later, owner called and said he knew i didnt like it and was unhappy that the paint comes off so easy everywhere and the coverage is so thin. So he told me i could pay another $2.6k and theyd replace the doors so that the paint wont come off the new ones. I have to do it because the paint is going to be a disaster in just a few weeks anyhow and i dont have another $6k to pay someone else to sand and prep and paint correctly. So now I'll be out $8.6k and still have to repaint the base myself but the doors will be fine.... I hope. The longer I have been looking at my cabinets, the sadder I have been getting. I wish I would have just done it myself because I'm out so much money and I dont have the kitchen I wanted and STILL have to paint a large amount myself now after all. If you look at my pictures you can see the swatch of my color and the color they chose for me. I'm so disappointed and out a ton of money too. I have so many pics of hair and chunks in the paint, didnt post all but you get the idea . Was it fast? Yes Was it quality work? No Do I regret this whole endeavor? TOTALLY

Not sure how they can give an…read moreaccurate estimate that way but anyway...once i said I wanted to be contacted by someone who could come to my home to show me samples, it took about 3 weeks, I had to call back to remind them...the guy that called told me when they come put they were going to take my cabinet doors off and take them to the factory to use as templates, and that would take about 3 weeks. I asked about samples and looking at colours, he told me they don't really have samples, I guess I was to choose from the web site, I asked about colorurs, I wanted a white and a black, he told me "white is white, black is black" and he didnt have samples....ok, he was supposed to call me with a time to come out, a week went by no call, I then found an email in my junk box from him saying I needed to e-transfer...to him...20% of the estimate before he would even come out...i did not do that, and haven't heard from them since. Also is payment schedule did not line up with what I was told initially, nor his bit about no samples, or having to pay upfront to see samples...it all felt very wrong. I was not going to e-transfer thousands of dollars to a personal email of a guy who could not be bothered....I don't recommend this company....just doesn't feel professional.

Three young guys, only one with any moving experience. Thus constant conferences to determine how to load the truck. Which led to repeated unloading and reloading. The owner brought blankets after the truck was half loaded and acted like that made everything Ck. I have some nice furniture that was either scratched dented or marred in some way. The owner is brash and his only concern is how much money he can make. I have used other movers and this company is by far the worst. Buyer beware.

The guys are friendly, they cleaned up each night before leaving, put sticky plastic over the carpet to protect it from stains, etc They even found a leak under the house we didn't know about....huge relief! He contacted me to tell me that the paint was not drying in a couple of places. He suspected that the roof was leaking. I contacted a roofer who inspected the roof and told me that the roof was "toast." The new roof cost was $17,000. I would not have purchased this property if it had been inspected by someone reputable. He refunded my inspection cost and offered me to his insurance that paid me around $800. They did a pretty good job on the walls, but we also paid them to touch up the trim (baseboards, doors, etc,) and they did an awful job! mainly because they didn't even do it. they told me that they could match the trim and then just gave up, but I still had to pay the full amount. They also got paint all over the toilets and light switches. and to top it all off I asked the head guy about removing paint and tape left by the previous owner, which we had discussed in the walkthrough, and he flat out told me we never talked about that and insinuated I was lying. Not to mention they were smoking outside the house constantly, and it got inside. So it took some time to get rid of that smell in the house. don't go with these guys.
