The woman at the counter told me only 1 of my 3 prescriptions was filled. I asked if I could quickly make a call to find out why, she said yes, and while standing right there in front of her, I found out my insurance issue was literally caused by one letter being off in my name. As soon as I explained that, instead of helping, she immediately said, "I can't help you, we close in 30 seconds." The time was 7:58 PM -- not even 8:00 yet. She didn't even bother checking me out for the one prescription that was already filled. I understand employees want to leave on time, but refusing to help someone who just came from the hospital, standing there in an ankle boot, over a matter of minutes was unbelievably cold and unprofessional. I was literally trying to move as fast as possible while injured, only to be dismissed. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dr. Ram greeted me as if I were a long-time customer and asked me to have my pharmacist call him. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. It was a pleasure doing business with Dr. Ram! I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my sister and her neighbors; as he had several existing clients on her street.

The foundation comes in 40 shades and this CVS had the shade I needed and I'm overjoyed. It's a decent drug store foundation by the way! It sells here for $12 and I had a coupon so I only paid $9. If you don't already, definitely go sign up for the CVS extra bucks reward program! You will thank me later. The store itself is reasonably stocked and organized. I also find a good selection of falsies (lashes) here. I've never been here when it's overly crowded. Service has always been good. They don't have self-checkout options. I overheard the employees talking, and the manager asked Naima if the kids were all gone. Naima responded, "No, one is still there and just put something in her pocket," clearly referring to me. I was shocked and humiliated. I immediately approached her and said, "How dare you accuse me of stealing?" I showed her that I had nothing in my pockets. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a criminal in front of other customers. I felt completely berated and embarrassed. No customer should ever be falsely accused without proof. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Garbage and empty carts just left in aisles, staff restocking but not keeping the shelves organized and tidy. All the cold counters were empty, maybe replacing them, but no signage, just empty shelves. Lots of cameras and signs about shoplifting, and armed security. Place was intimidating and really in poor shape. Will not visit this place again. Stay away.

The pharmacist picked up the phone and did not let me talk for a second. He was talking to me as if I were his child. This pharmacist needs to be more professional and know how to talk to customers.
