The amount of choices of items in every aisle is incredible at this store. The store is maintained well and very clean when you enter on the left side there's actually a mini beer garden, which is so adorable. They have all kinds of beers and you could do a pick a six different beer pack to go Many years back when I had shoulder surgery, the cashier actually signed out of the register and assisted me with my packages to the car. We have shopped at Giant for years however, have stopped buying their produce. The quality of their produce has deteriorated to eat it by the end of the day. Bananas rot in 2 days, oranages are dry & tasteless. I even returned a bag of oranges to Giant for a refund. I suggest Giant review their purchasing sources and start buying quality produce to match the high dollar selling price. Remember, consumers are not stupid. read more

I guess Giant doesn't like money-they changed their hours to close at 10 pm-so now WALMART will get they last hour of any sales that they would have gotten. We are not even actively in quarantine anymore and the hours have changed AGAIN. Its bad enough you can barely get a parking space at the store (even at off hours) ,due to that new high school being built . Actually, maybe its better that they close at 10 pm ‐at least the chicken at Walmart will be cooked. read more

I don't know if anyone else is having issues with the online pickup service. The last 4 times I put in a order I didn't get all of my groceries that I paid for. This last time I was missing 7 things. You can add another 4 things I caught and sent the them back in the store to fine them because 2 were packages of fried chicken that we are having for dinner. I did call customer service and they did refund me for the items I didn't receive. What a disappointment. read more

I've been patronizing this store for 6 years. The cashiers and customer service are always helpful and friendly. There is never a problem when I question something on my receipt; if I'm due a refund it's promptly given. The store is clean and the food is fresh. I have never had a negative experience---OK, maybe once when I went out a security door near the cafe area that I wasn't supposed to use and set off the fire alarm. :-( read more

I understand social distancing but this store is over the top. The management now has an enter only and exit only door. I watched an obviously disabled customer park in a disabled spot go to the "exit'" door where she was greeted by a giant employee and told she must enter the doors at the other end of the store. This customer complied. I watched her struggle to get to the correct door in unbearable wind. Giant management shows no compassion to the most vulnerable among us. Employees are following management "rules for rules" sakes. How about showing some humanity and bend those rules when necessary! read more

I have been going to this Giant for the past two years. They have a great selection of fresh produce and seafood. There prices are always competitive and I like the A+ rewards for school along with the cash back on gas deals they always run. I did not appreciate being called at liar by one of the managers at Giant Food Store in West Grove. I wanted a half sheet cake instead I got a 1/4 sheet cake too small. Not enough for everyone. The girl did not repeat my order back to me, after she took it my order she walked away. My cousin was there, she seen it herself i have always went there and had nice people take my order and was nice about everything. She told her manager that she read it back to me when she did not. He said she read the order back to a customer while he was standing there. Of course, she is going to do her job right her manager is standing right there. I don't care about the cake but I do not appreciate being called a liar to my face. Where I work no one has ever treated a customer the way I was treated there. read more

Quite possibly the world's greatest grocery store. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. Unlike most modern day establishments the employees treat people as a valued customer which is unfortunately rare these days. I just visited the Giant in Jennersville, it's12:25am. The female that was manning the self checkout was EXTREMELY rude and pissed off about something, and this wasn't the first time she's been this way. But tonite was over the top!! I tried to appease her by telling her I had coupons, and asking her if she wanted to scan them because I didn't want to piss her off anymore then she already was. God forbid I jam the machine with my coupons by scanning them wrong..... I didn't say anything more for fear of stooping to her level, but wanted to tell her that if she didn't like her job, there were plenty of people that would love to have it....... read more

I knew something had changed for the worst as soon as I went in to the store! This has been "my grocery store" since it opened. Although it is a very busy store it WAS always we'll run. Today I went in to the ladies room and there was a bucket and other janitorial items in a stall. There were wet, stained tiles in the ceiling. Nasty! The grocery store was a mess! Carts with boxes in the middle of multiple isles. Shelves in many isles were not stocked and a mess. The floor in the store was noticeably filthy and trash on the floor. Why did you take out the store manager when he was doing such an excellent job. When you have such a busy store you need a manager who knows how to run it like a well oiled machine. Whoever is in charge now is not keeping the store in a manner that it was before. Bring Dave back to our store! read more

They have new shopping carts that generate static electricity and cause you to get shocks every few minutes! I thought at first it was due to the dry winter weather until this week. They were so powerful, they were even shocking my daughter who was sitting in the cart seat--and it made her cry in pain!!!!! I reported it to customer service who replied that BOTH employees and customers have reported this to corporate and they are not doing anything about it! I cannot in good conscience go back there unless I have a hand cart. There are plenty of other nearby grocery stores that I can patronize! read more

I was traveling through and was really impressed by the deli selection and friendly people behind the counter.

One of the workers in yellow were openly racist towards me. I have also received many dirty looks from the employees when asking for help. They made it seem as if helping me was a hassle for them. The costumer service is horrible. I've witnessed many employees talk negatively about costumers as well as get hostile with a few people. I do not feel comfortable as a minority shopping at this place. I needed help at the self checkout line; I stood there for a good 15 minutes because the employees were too busy gossiping in a closet that they hide away in. read more

This grocery store is amazing. I am in there a few times a week and I NEVER have to wait. I shop at another store when I am closer to home and they usually only have 1 or 2 lanes open. This Giant always has about 10 or so. They are always friendly as well. A great shopping experience. read more

I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life I do not appreciate being treated the way I was treated. I don't think I'll be returning to this store ever again. I recommend everyone who lives in the area to go to Redners in Oxford PA they have 2 for 20 on all the meats it's definitely worth the drive. I have been coming to this location since it opened. They have the best produce, deli, bakery, meat and front end staff! They are all very friendly and knowledgable! The store is always clean and stocked well. Their products are always fresh and if for some reason you have an issue, save your receipt and take it back, you get a new item plus double the money back. You can't beat the gas rewards. The gas stations are in Kennett or West Chester. Hopefully will be here soon. I love my local Giant! read more
