The company did great work in the backyard but that was it. For months on end, they took advantage of the situation, never did work agreed upon in the contract, such as pruning, weeding, upkeep that I had to do myself and they continued to take full payments. We've spoken to staff multiple times, including Peter, and nothing had improved. I've taken quotes from other companies for the work that I wanted and it was less than half the price that Gibb's quoted me. I tried working with them countless times over a year and a half and finally decided to let them go. If you're looking to hire this company, I would be cautious and consider my business elsewhere.
