Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism and feeling like my business mattered, I hired the job out with someone else. Imagine my surprise, when I reached out to a different company, and they actually bid the job, communicated and showed up to do it! I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and caring that my business was treated with specifically by Brandon and Levi at DeCook Excavating. We had some friends over and I mentioned Decook. He immediately said, "Oh they won't call you back. I've been waiting for three years." How could I possibly write a positive review with such poor customer service? Then and I find out I'm not the only one? If there was really any intention to do the job you would think you would get a call back. That wasn't even done! At least twice! I'd understand if I had been told they were booked etc., but to lead someone on by saying we'll send someone out and then don't is basically just lying. I wouldn't be writing this review if someone had lifted a finger to stop out or to simply call and say they won't be able to help. I would like to have reviewed a project, but obviously that's not possible.
