The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. The tow truck driver Danny arrived really fast and it took him literally 2 min to load my Volvo on his truck. I had one tire and needed assistance to put on a spare (I already had a spare on me) and the location was in the same city so it wasn't far for the employee to come to my house. I paid $132 for the service. In my opinion is extremely EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE just to put on a spare tire. But due to my limited options I had no other choice.I feel like I was taken advantage of.
