Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

Homecraft replaced sliding on my townhome, did a excellent job and the color almost matched perfectly! I wanted to note that not everything went perfect but they were professional and responsive. There was an issue with the job site not being as clean as I thought it should. After I questioned this, to my surprise because I didn't request it, someone came out immediately to clean-up. For the remainder of the job, this wasn't an issue. There was another instance when one of the workers got sick so they weren't able to come out that day. I had a small leak happening so Jesse's team came out and checked it out and decided it needed to be resealed. I have a flat roof, and these things happen. A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. They are now solid on my holiday gift list and the only people I will call for roof problems.

The quote I received was detailed and specific with materials and I had the option of accepting parts or all, as I deemed needed. The work was done every day until finished except for a few heavy rain days. The work area was tarped if not completely done at the end of the work day. The work took the time estimated and the crew really went out of their way to overcome a lot of challenges. Best roofer I could hire and totally thrilled with a beautiful roof that no longer leaks.
