I went today to get some photo copies made since my printer ran out of ink. Jasmine waited on me. She was very professional. She even had to climb over the counter to get to the copy machine because they had just received a large order. This store is right next to where I do my grocery shopping. The woman running the store this morning 12-26-2024 was terrible a woman had a lot of packages in her arms and the door was open three minutes before they officially opened, and she made her go back outside for three minutes. Very low quality service. Refused estimate on packing until payment methid given. still refused. Sent letter sized 5oz package in a large box that had been folded in half and taped together. open at the side so there was no protection from moisture. Charge $30, for this then told me it was standard packing. this I was from owner Paul in a snarky email. Unprofessional. Incompetent and belligerent. other than that they are fine. I called this store four times, without someone answering. As I was walking in the store, I called again. With no customers in the store, one lady came to assist me, another one walked past the phone without answering it. I stated, that was me calling, does anyone ever answer phone here! A young lady said, "sometimes we are too busy" as she went towards a new customer that just walked in. As I walked out, I told the young lady you walked past the ringing phone BEFORE this customer walked in. I have had a box at a UPS Store, in Ft. Lauderdale, for 27 years. The male manager acted like I was a HUGE bother for interrupting his conversation with what seemed like a friend! This is the worst UPS I have ever been to. They have been a huge headache for me and my husband. This is the closest location to our house which is why we have given them our business but we are done. They have lost two very important packages and both times the tracking said the label was created and it never left the store. Something is wrong with their delivery system and they need to figure it out. Please don't waste your time by going to this location. Use Fedex or any other location for your own sake. read more

This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been to this location twice and both times "serviced" by same gentleman. The first time I went in, while i was being "helped" the store was paying attention to another customer (who had come in after me). The second time, i was just dropping off a letter for next day shipping and the store employee spent more time counting money in the register and barely acknowledged me and didn't make eye contact. This UPS Store is absolutely fantastic!! They treat me with tremendous respect! Dan is the manager, and he has hired two terrific ladies, Kim and Kristen. All three of these wonderful people always go "the extra mile" to answer any shipping questions I have, and they even give wonderful tips about shipping. They also thoroughly go over various shipping costs to make sure as a customer I understand and can select the best shipping rate for my budget. Their prices are extremely fair, and they are the best shipping rates I have found in the St. Charles County, Missouri area. The staff is always so friendly and appreciates my business. I highly recommend this store to anyone who has shipping needs and/or boxing and packing needs. The store is conveniently located at 233 Salt Lick Road in St. Peters, Missouri at the Dierbergs shopping center. The location makes it so easy to ship my items and then pick up items at Dierbergs. So I go to this location off Salt Lick Rd. In St. Peters MO with four wheels I needed to send to a buyer. The guy at the counter measured and weighed them and gave me a quote for 160.00. I take the wheels back home and wrap cardboard around each wheel and take them back the next day. When I bring all the wheels wrapped for the store to send out with the quote I had from the day prior, and they tell me it's going to be 240.00. The guy at the desk proceeds to tell me they need to be in a box not wrapped in cardboard. Confused and starting to get furious, I said the entire wheel is a box now! They finally agree after getting what I assume was the store manager who was no help whatsoever, that they are in fact in a box, great no issue right? WRONG! They now tell me that they are considered irregular and will be 80 dollars more than the original quote. They also proceed to tell me if I put the circular wheels in square boxes the price would have been less........ by putting them in a box that takes up more room in their trucks would be less?????? How does that make any sense whatsoever??? This place is a joke to use for anything, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere, these guys are money grabbing scumbags, who offered no help or did they try to appease the fact I took them up there twice, loaded and unloaded the entire 200 pounds of freight TWICE, that needed to be shipped for the price I was told! I almost lost the sale of the wheels because of these idiots and their money grabbing. Corporate will be called and this will get sorted out! I wish I could give zero stars for this joke of an establishment! When it was all said and done FedEx is getting the freight, it seems this store is only good at one thing and that is making FedEx customers! read more
