We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours.
