They assured that we could keep the physical therapist we had, but all of a sudden things came to an abrupt halt. No phone calls, nothing. They misled me until his current case needed a new review so they could get all the money they could because they knew that if we didn't get to keep our therapist we were leaving them. I contacted the therapist directly and was told they no longer have a contract with them because they use their own. So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.

Being a RN myself for 50÷ years and working ICU,ED,and many other areas i am a bit critical. OK control freak. Wounds are not my area of expertise . These nurses are incredible and believe me I am very honest . I had previous company but the nurses were quite young. The discharge planner recommended this company because of the nature and the extent of my care needed. An excellent referral. The nurses always professional, on time and yes even wth my extensive clinical experience I had to contact them on a couple of occasions to ask a question they'd I'd not care if they were on call they returned my call or would come over if my concern seemed warranted. I was never meant to feel as if I was bothering them. The lab company they use was fantastic. Edwin always would be here on a Monday. Great draw,plesant,never minded my nosey dog. The PT AMIR is fabulous. The 1st PT that actually did some good at home. Explained the why we were doing the specific exercises which I appreciated. Incredible gifts for me.
