He gave me two meeting choices 11:30 or 1:30. When I said I can't make those times could she meet any other time, he said those are the times - he clearly was not interested in helping me. I responded back that if those were the only times she had available how was she going to take care of my mother during other times? His response was a cold email mocking me. Of course that was the last time I would be communicating with him or his company.

I find this absolutely outrageous and when I talk to my doctor, he told me that this is the worst insurance that you can get that they're extremely picky into what medication's they will provide for you they look for the cheapest alternative and they're not looking out for your overall healthanthem should dump these people now I know why they change their name. They need to change their overall policy so I recommend anybody who rates this if you are given Caremore request to have it removed.

Each and every one was empathetic, kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional with both my husband and me. My husband's memory was temporarily affected a bit but they were each sensitive to that fact and patiently answered many of the same questions over and over...and over. His nurse and speech therapist provided calm care and advice. The PT and OT were tough when necessary but also great cheerleaders. And always kind. There was never a rush to get in, get the visit over, and get out. We believe that my husband's quick progress toward full recovery was directly related to the visits from lovely these professionals.

After a medical condition left my mother unable to walk she ended up in a skilled nursing facility for physical therapy to get her mobile again. Her doctor recommended 24 / 7 care. I called and spoke with Ryan who came out the very next day. We talked in detail about Mom's needs. He was comforting, reassuring, friendly, personable, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to include my mom in on the conversation. I've been with some people that overlook the patient as it may be easier and faster to converse with whoever might be assisting them. He made sure she knew she was the primary party in this process, listen to her needs and concerns and described in detail what they had to offer. Day nurses were MIRKA and ZARA. Their primary job was to see to Mom's safety as she was pretty much having to learn to walk again. They worked 12 hours shifts. They helped her to get in and out of bed, shower, keep her medications in order, got her meals, and assisted with the dog. They did laundry and changed bed linens. (We made sure not to ask them to do anything outside of the scope of their job description.) They took her vitals throughout the day and assisted with her physical therapy. They logged all that they did for her and noted how she was doing with things and progress she was making. Esmeralda was the night nurse. Also a 12 hour shift. Less to do while a patient is sleeping but she still worked and stayed attentive to Mom. She assisted her with bedtime tasks and checked on her hourly through the night; if Mom made any noises she made sure she was OK. Also logging things through the night. If Mom needed anything - getting to the bathroom, a drink of water - Esmeralda saw to it. She also tidied up anything around the kitchen or living room. All three of these women were kind and compassionate and receptive to Mom's needs. And they possessed all of the qualities noted above for Ryan. They were instrumental in Mom's healing. My hope, naturally, is that Mom won't need this kind of care anymore. But if so I wouldn't hesitate contacting LWHC. I cannot think of enough positive adjectives to describe them. I am forever grateful for them.

Dyn was always calm, super responsive and was always so kind and patient. She was so understanding and the caregivers she works with were wonderful and so caring. Just amazing. Truly. We eventually were connected to someone who was just perfect and helped my mom get to a place where she is mostly independent again. I can't recommend Royal Care Companions enough and if my mom's health takes a turn I would happily work with her again.

She was able to do in a matter of minutes what I've seen social workers take days to do. She helped us last minute to coordinate caregivers to come and take care of a very sick family member. She went way above and beyond to treat everyone with dignity and respect and to work with extenuating circumstances. She was always extremely responsive and caring. She found appropriate caregivers to assist with the situation. Eventually, When our Family member needed higher care, she also helped to coordinate placement at Loving Care Elderly Home. While at Loving Care, our family member experienced compassionate care with Jason, Mario, & everyone there. Even when not being the most cooperative patient. Loving Care helped identify and assist our family member when further medical treatment was required, and truly offered to do whatever it took for the care of our family member. We cannot thank Dyn, Jason, & the whole team for all they did during these stressful times. And all of this in the middle of a peak in the pandemic in LA. If you are reading this review, have talked to Dyn or Jason and have been honest with them about what you or your family needs, they will be honest with you about what they can provide. Short guy that works there has an attitude problem always upset one other neighbor can actually hear when he yells at patients while feeding them .. you can hear everything. if you don't like ur job just leave no need for all that , they also have a minor living there I can only imagine what the child is exposed too medications and lots of viruses ,not to mention she never has a mask on , parents do but not young girl .. even if she did she would be exposing other children at school with viruses.. i dnt understand how they would allow that.. bottom line would I never have any of my family members here or recommend this place.
