I opted for Starter Fluid... a very bold roast with a high caffeine level. Most dark roasts are bitter but this wasn't at all! We sat comfortably in the "living room" area, wifi strong and power available to keep the laptop going. After one cup, we decided to partake in some of their baked goods deliciousness. She had wallet in hand to try to provide proof if it had been requested. She was immediately denied and turned away. I understand that people lie all the time, that there are policies in place but she did not get the great customer service I received. She did not get the benefit of the doubt. The cashier did not even attempt to go higher up to ask for an exception to be made. As I was waiting for my drink, one of the baristas explained excitedly that this location was the most heaviest in all of DFW due to the location. As a store who is not struggling whatsoever financially and has such high foot traffic all hours of the day- I would expect more. I walked out sad for the woman who could not get her celebratory drink.

Two guys inside (one on the speaker and one in the background) starting mocking me about my order because of the sweet cream. The guy on the speaker says in a very sarcastic way "well cream it up for you real good" and they both laugh. This was September 16, 2025 at 10:46 am. I will leave you to properly handle this situation and talk to your team about customer service and how to act towards customers. Which can be frustrating. My go to drink at Coffee places is a London fog with a sugar free vanilla syrup.
