We stood at the ice cream counter for nearly 10 minutes while 4-5 employees stood together in a group conversation without acknowledging us. There was minimal eye contact and no attempt to assist us. One employee even commented that she didn't belong at the ice cream counter because she works in the kitchen. Regardless of job role, customers waiting that long should at least be acknowledged or directed to someone who can help. There did not appear to be any management present, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and inattentive. This location needs improvement in cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and basic service expectations.

He appeared unsure and simply said, "I don't know." Since the doors were unlocked and we were inside prior to closing time, we approached the counter -- only to be refused service. We have two daughters under two years old, so getting them in and out is not a simple task. Being turned away after already entering the building was extremely frustrating. If customers are inside before closing, it's reasonable to expect they will be served. This will be the only time we visit this location. I would recommend going elsewhere. Horrible ambience.
