Until recently, I had taken advantage of the civil service health benefits until I became aware just how good this place is. Everyone in this facility is truly helpful. I changed my primary provider to the VA. I also took the age-related tests and procedures. Every time I've been here it's been superb. Their audio clinic is the best I've seen. Their eye clinic is second to none. And on another level, I volunteer at a nearby ski area with the adaptive ski program. Every year, the White River Junction VA, sends many of their Wounded Warrior patients to the ski area, absolutely with no charge to them. Comforting, as I had 5 roots in one tooth. This allowed them to know what they were dealing with in advance of my root canal (which is fairly important). Dr Lucier worked on my teeth and she has SUCH a gentle touch with her anesthesia needle. Every other needle I've ever had was WILDLY painful (and dreaded on my part), but she put in just a little bit, let it get numb, then put in more, (which I didn't feel as it was numb) and slowly, so it really didn't hurt (all my other dentists did it all at once and usually had my eyes tearing with pain). Seriously, SUCH a treat! I had two root canals and they were so mellow. I honestly fell asleep during them. It was that comfortable. And btw, they were ready for me on time, moved me along quickly, but without hurrying, AND had a really nice waiting room with legitimately good reading material. Gang, I can not recommend these women enough. They are fantastic on all fronts.

I was walked through every step clearly and was checked on throughout the procedure and hardly felt any discomfort throughout. I was asked repeatedly if I had any questions at the end. She takes her time with EVERY patient, she is thorough, knowledgeable, and leaves none of my needs unmet. She explains everything and takes the time to write down all of the details for me.
