Its clear they never bothered to look into the case and just tell me the same thing over and over- your case is "resolved" Of course its not resolved and they are defaming me but they do not care. I have caught every supervisor in lies and they do not care. I figure this must be how inmates are treated when incarcerated. They are not big on Doctors, but will come when forced. Have have an ER, urgent care, and clinic. They also have an Long term care skilled rehab center on site as well an professional building that house many specialists. I spent the night here once when I was five years old or so. I swallowed a penny (I was very orally fixated) and it got stuck in my throat. I had to have surgery and then I pooped it out about 2 weeks later. Nice!

Until recently, I had taken advantage of the civil service health benefits until I became aware just how good this place is. Everyone in this facility is truly helpful. I changed my primary provider to the VA. I also took the age-related tests and procedures. Every time I've been here it's been superb. Their audio clinic is the best I've seen. Their eye clinic is second to none. And on another level, I volunteer at a nearby ski area with the adaptive ski program. Every year, the White River Junction VA, sends many of their Wounded Warrior patients to the ski area, absolutely with no charge to them. A wonderfully admirable action for those who have given their all for our freedoms. This is an awesome place

Everyone is very nice and the entire building is very clean, which is great when you're a patient needing help. The doctors are reliable and heavily involved in care, the Nurses and LNA's are amazing, providing care with smiles and a positive attitude. I can only imagine the rest of the Cottage team to present themselves in the same caring and professional manner. I will continue to come to Cottage Hospital with my family.

She had seen a dentist earlier and had x rays taken but nothing was revealed. Upon checking in and waiting about 20 minutes, Joe ,PA, came in and looked and immediately identified her problem(stone in her gums, and prescribed medication to address her pain and swelling. He also said the first weekday, an ENT doctor will be referred for a visit. I was pleased with the care and most importantly, the quick diagnosis Joe reached. Since we are snowbirds, our primary doctors are South and I would recommend this establishment if in a pinch. Addendum: Joe diagnosed the source and prescribed an effective antibiotic but we never heard back with an ENT referral.

Having dislocated my limbs multiple times, I know from experience thats not going to touch the pain. Doctor offered x ray for a tissue injury. X rays do not provide beneficial medical data for tissue injury. Left with out even bothering for the over priced Tylenol. She did manage to needlessly twist and wrench my arm though, so at least im in more pain then I left. The only professional was the desk staff and security. Good on them for being decent humans. The alleged PHDs could use some training and empathy.
