He provided a thorough proposal detailing the statement of work and cost to remedy the radon. Ultimately we did not reach an agreement with the seller on the house, so I can't actually attest to the quality of their work, but I was certainly impressed with Joey's professionalism and helpfulness on the front-end of the transaction. So, this is a family owned business--mom and dad do the books; the son does repairs (with help). Mom answers the office line and is super cheerful, dad is hilarious and really kind. Chance, the son, knows his stuff when it comes to gates. We knew that our gate--which was installed by previous homeowners--wasn't great, but Chance gave us details on how to "reboot" it on our own, along with helpful tips to extend the life of the setup. I found their prices more than reasonable for a service call, as well. Again, small business, so your mileage may vary if you need something major done. However, they are more than competent and kind.
