If you are going in the store and know what you want, buy it, but don't talk to or ask questions of the unfriendly people who work there. They are not nice. Get out of that store quickly unless you like workers to give you a hard time. Life is hard enough; I don't need that kind of rude treatment from a retail worker. I was scolded for picking an item up to buy, leaving other items exactly where I found them on display, not realizing it came as as set.... and then spoke to like a child when I asked if customers are allowed to mix different patterns of same items/ same brand to purchase as the set. Reasonable question I thought considering there were multiple choices displayed together to do so. This isn't the first interaction I've had where she is condescending, rude and seems bothered by her customers. You are trying to purchase something and she acts like you are the enemy?! It's bizarre! In hindsight, I should have left everything on the counter and walked out. I regret spending a dime in there. I enjoy supporting local, have spent a decent amount of money in there over the years but will never go back. Besides, I found the exact same items for sale on line on the brand's web site without the hassle. I came on Yelp to see if others had a similar experience and I see two other same reviews!

The price were very good, including bonus sale items and special bargains. Saturday was an "open" house day and they had a room with samples of some of the yummy foods they sell... the spicy pepper dip, to the chocolate covered pretzels were all great! The artists that we're in house shared tips about not just info about themselves but pointed out tips of the other vendors and wonderful finds! I can't wait to return and pick up more uniquely special gifts from hand written books, baby shirts with matching dolls and kitchen plaques to kitchen scarves... a fun way to make cooking fun! They also have purses and Jewlery fit for a bride or something to wear everyday! On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help. Chris explained that since my wedding band only had to go up a half size it could be "stretched", rather than cut, to be resized. And they would do that work in-house as well. As a result, I am finally wearing my ring again and, as an added bonus, it was polished after the stretching and looks brand new! Excellent customer service and work, and very reasonably priced as well. 5 big stars for this shop!
