If you are going in the store and know what you want, buy it, but don't talk to or ask questions of the unfriendly people who work there. They are not nice. Get out of that store quickly unless you like workers to give you a hard time. Life is hard enough; I don't need that kind of rude treatment from a retail worker. If you're having a bad day--Avoid this store for sure!

I was scolded for picking an item up to buy, leaving other items exactly where I found them on display, not realizing it came as as set.... and then spoke to like a child when I asked if customers are allowed to mix different patterns of same items/ same brand to purchase as the set. Reasonable question I thought considering there were multiple choices displayed together to do so. This isn't the first interaction I've had where she is condescending, rude and seems bothered by her customers. You are trying to purchase something and she acts like you are the enemy?! It's bizarre! In hindsight, I should have left everything on the counter and walked out. I regret spending a dime in there. I enjoy supporting local, have spent a decent amount of money in there over the years but will never go back. Besides, I found the exact same items for sale on line on the brand's web site without the hassle. I came on Yelp to see if others had a similar experience and I see two other same reviews!

The price were very good, including bonus sale items and special bargains. Saturday was an "open" house day and they had a room with samples of some of the yummy foods they sell... the spicy pepper dip, to the chocolate covered pretzels were all great! The artists that we're in house shared tips about not just info about themselves but pointed out tips of the other vendors and wonderful finds! I can't wait to return and pick up more uniquely special gifts from hand written books, baby shirts with matching dolls and kitchen plaques to kitchen scarves... a fun way to make cooking fun! They also have purses and Jewlery fit for a bride or something to wear everyday! These women think a lot of themselves and are "too good" to even talk to customers. I have even heard this from multiple people. On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help. If I ever go now it's to check out a Vera before I buy it online. I refuse to give them my money. Such a shame. The Evans city store women are so sweet.

The coffee was good, maybe too much ice so stick with hot. The staff were also incredibly nice and super helpful too. The space is also a storefront with some cute gift options, but it's definitely bit loud with not a lot of seating, so wouldn't say it's the best study spot, but definitely worth stopping by for a drink and treat any time!
