We have…read moreutilized multiple Indigo Urgent Care locations in the last 3 years since relocating back to the PNW, and especially already being part of the Multicare network; the care is high-quality, efficient, and welcoming. The environment is clean without being cold (very welcoming) and the padded furniture is a nice alternative to cold plastic chairs when you're waiting. Did you know you can get a sports/work physical here? Yep! When your PCP is backed up 5 months or your yearly exam isn't until November but you need a physical form, they've got you!! I even (unexpectedly) needed feminine products while waiting and had none on-hand and they gladly gave me some and directed me to the restroom. So kind! The desk staff, nurses, PAs, and doctors are all wonderful. I came in suspecting strep after 4 days of sickness with a fever that finally broke, but the sore throat and headache remained, along with white spots on my throat. Check in-is fast, especially if you're in the Multicare network already, and your notes and paperwork will show up in MyChart quickly for your PCP to see, if needed. Indigo is our go-to! :) Pun intended.

In checking Warner's notes on My Chart, I was both angry and appalled that she falsified the record. She wrote (all in bold face type): Patient defers on physical exam today due to sensitive nature and location of rash". THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE!! Told me my lymph node wasn't swollen and I was fine and to just "hang in there". I left and went to a different urgent care where the doctor DID care and was concerned about my very swollen lymph node and was actually interested in helping me. I won't be back to Multicare again. This was my second visit, second location, in two years and both sucked. They just are interested in hurrying you out the door. It sucked and was a waste of my time and money.

I have been going to Sound Clinical Medicine for about 6 years now and every year they loose a doctor. And then closed earlier each day. And now, they close on Fridays. I am going to cut my loses and say goodbye. Just let you and I hope they read this that you can only cut off so much of the fat before you hit the bone!

I have right knee pain for several weeks. It is swollen 3 times the size of my left knee and hurts…read morewhen I walk. I made an appt with Dr David Cortese at Franciscan Orthopedic Associates at St Anthony. X-rays were taken of my knee prior to meeting with the Dr. He took a look at my x-ray, examined my knee and told me there was nothing wrong. I asked him why my right knee was swollen and painful. He told me he didn't "know" and I should continue to take anti inflammatory medicine to reduce the swelling. He told me to lose weight. I agreed with him that losing weight would be beneficial, however my weight is evenly distributed between my left and right side of my body and did not explain the swelling on the right side only and the pain in walking. Again, he said he didn't know. I ended my visit. Later that night I could not bear any weight on my right side. I went to St Anthony Emergency Room. They did an ultrasound (concerned I might have a life threatening blood clot). The ultrasound showed a Baker's Cyst. I was prescribed muscle relaxers, told to elevate my leg and stay off my leg as much as possible. I have a follow up with another orthopedic Dr to remove the cyst. I am outraged that Dr Cortese did not seem to care about my knee and lacked the knowledge to figure out the cause. He told me to lose weight and that was the end of it. It's outrageous the lack of care he showed me.

Despite me clearly stating that my back was hurting after falling a couple of feet onto wooden stairs, she dismissed my concerns and said I only had bruises. I had to strongly advocate for myself to receive an X-ray, which I felt was reasonable given the nature of the fall. Additionally, she frequently used medical terminology without explaining it in layman's terms. Even when I indicated that I did not understand what she meant, she did not pause to clarify. A friend who works in healthcare had come with me and luckily explain the terminology to me afterwards Finally, while she verbally advised me to avoid heavy lifting and sudden movements, when I asked, she refused to provide any form of written note or documentation for my employer. Overall, I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and dissatisfied with the level of care and communication during this visit.

He's only 10 years old and they told us that they could not see him because if he was a minor, this was the MMA that said this this was not the doctor herself or him, but the MA said that they can't do anything about that because they don't treat for that kind of age. My son was already scared enough as it was and for him to have to ride around with his father with a tower holding pressure to it and bleeding and have ice on his face is not correct. I'm very disappointing in this place. I hope the management can. fix this problem. I will not for no one to this place at all is terrible that the company supposed to be before the people to help them in medical field yet you can't even treat my son with two stitches. That's all he needed. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never look to come to this company ever again for help or trust my children or my loved ones with this place thank you to Mary Bridge Hospital that treated by Son and took good care of him. I arrived 30 minutes later, they expected me and checked me right in using my existing Multi-Care profile. Today I have something wrong with my eye. Dumb, but it's my third day of pain and it's been worsening and I'm concerned about infections. I have kids, I can't afford to get sick because I ignored an infection. They got me in and out in under an hour. This feels like a small miracle but this branch just opened and I am not even sure most people know it's here. The staff was absolutely lovely. Kind, patient... when a little girl dumped a water bottle on a PA, she barely flinched and asked someone else to grab her a paper towel on a calm voice. Bravo, Indigo! Keep it up.
