Yes, I'm aware the Mountain smells like feet and sweat socks but what do you expect when it's a 4-story kids playland that's massive. I'm sort of perplexed seeing some of the negative reviews. I guess some of the inaccessible areas were a little dirty, but I was pretty impressed by the general quality and upkeep of everything. My two year old had a blast riding on the carousel and exploring Giggleberry Mountain (with mom and dad desperately trying to keep up). I saw some people complaining about being charged for admission to this area, but I'll take that over being forbidden from entering due to being an adult (which has happened at other similar establishments). My son was able to explore the entire area because we were there to help him climb and keep him safe, so that was a big plus for me. As mentioned, the carousel was a lot of fun, and there wasn't a huge amount of competition for the seats, despite it being Mother's Day weekend. The toddler area was a little boring for us but my son really enjoyed the water toys. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth for two hours of fun, and I was impressed that they had beer available :) Maybe next time! We stumbled upon Giggleberry Fair whilst visiting Peddler's Village for an event. We decided to give it a go without really much expectations, and ended up giving the kids a good time which achieved our end state. Takeaways: - We paid a little over $40.00 for the activities, ultimately for 2 kids (ages 5 and 2). The price was for one All in One Pass, one Giggles Pass, and one Adult Giggleberry Mountain (see note below) - If your kid is 5 and younger for the Giggleberry Mountain, you will need to pay the $7.50 Adult fee in order to chaperone your child's participation. - The All in One Pass included a $10.00 arcade card. Depending on the games, this goes by really quick considering most of the point/reward producing games are an average of $1.00 per session. - The unlimited Carousel ride and Giggleberry Mountain really stood out, while the arcade is a bit underwhelming (compared to a small sized Bowlero arcade - definitely not as expansive as a Dave n Busters). Furthermore, the quality and variety of the prizes for exchange seemed lacking. - There is a cafe at the establishment that serves bar & grill type food, whilst also serving adult beverages (beer). We didn't partake in this, but acknowledged the convenience. - The male restroom does have a changing table for infants and toddlers. While we were here, we tackled each child separately which allowed us to maximize our time at the Giggleberry fair. Our two year old spent a good amount of time at Giggles Discovers which is more catered to toddlers and below. There is a water activity within that area, and while they offer aprons, tends to get messy if left unmanaged for a while. Meanwhile, our 5 year old had a blast, spending a majority of the time at Giggleberry Mountain, which is probably one of the most elaborate indoor playset/obstacle course I've ever seen in my life. The entire set stood (as the site indicates) 3 stories high with what looked like more than 6 levels, while spanning several rooms wide. Aside from the "obstacle course"-nature of the playset (which included rope bridges, padded over-and-unders, swinging balls and foam beams, net ladders, off-set platforms, built-in slides, and more), there is also neat foam ball interactive cannons, blasters, and fountains. Some of these did not work while we were there, such as the built-in two story slide in Giggleberry Mountain, but it didn't really affect the good time that we had there. Overall, it was a perfect way to end the day at Peddler's Village. Would definitely recommend exploring with your kids! read more

I came here when I was 10 years old and I absolutely love this place. The jungle gym is beyond amazing, you can shoot balls out of automatic cannons and have them flying into the air and raining down on you! The arcade is also quite impressive, and if you don't want to come in here and play but need a restroom, they will happily let you use the restroom in back. Pizza is not bad either. I mean, it's not exactly Quiggs on Oxford Avenue, but it's better than the garbage at Chuck E Cheese. Of course, I may have written a five-star review, but there is always room for improvement. Giggleberry fair, a place to let down your hair. I'm not doing another rhyme, definitely don't have the time... We came here basically for The Toddler who was more excited about the name. I think we were expecting this place to be larger than it actually was. You walk in and the carousel is there-- a beautiful one at that-- and fast. You gotta hold-onto-your-children (and yourself) fast. My daughter actually didn't want to go on again cause she got a little frightened by the speed, but we had already bought two tickets for her ($2.50 a ride which is not bad iykyk) so try again later We decided to let her play around in the arcade. After some basketball, air hockey and a spin-the- wheel-for-tickets thingy, she got to walk away with two small fruit erasers and a lollipop-- not bad for the $5 we spent? Lol (avg: $1 game) Side rant: Let me tell you, these kids will never know the finesse of trying to stick a quarter into the machine and pressing that sticky return button to get the quarter back out and gently rolling the quarter back in again to get the game to work. Or the days of lightly banging/pulling the extra paper tickets out We didn't want to deal with the maze-looking contraption of a play space (there's a more toddler friendly one near the back) so she decided she would like to try the merry go round one more time as long as we could sit in the seats. With so few indoor parks in the area, I am really surprised about all the Giggleberry hatred - we liked it a lot! We have a 1 year old, and usually go to the Bucks Children's Museum but it was closed so we did a quick search and found Giggleberry. Upon entering we were greeted with a huge sign that said they offered ice cream AND wine - yes and yes! Already starting on the right foot, we headed to the back area for smaller kids (we only had to pay for our son $5.50). The area is a good space and includes a huge water table for fishing, a fire truck, slides, and lots of rides all for only the entrance fee! Our son had a great time and so did I; thankfully it was not a busy day and there was lots of space for him to run around as well. After we headed to the arcade area, which is small, but cute, most games are either 50 cents or $1 so we only spent a few bucks and had a few good rounds of healthy competition. I also like that all the games aren't just video games. Also they do give out tickets to then redeem for treats, so that was cute too. The cafe actually had a pretty extensive menu, we had already eaten lunch but bought a popcorn ($3) and an ice cream ($4). The beer and wine selection was at about $5 - $7, and if I would be here on a crowded day, I would definitely have a drink. Overall I thought the place was really nice and a decent size for kids ages 10 and under. We did not do any of the bigger kids rides like the Mountain or Carousel, but other people seemed to really enjoy them. I would absolutely come back. I know many people are complaining about prices, but I thought it was very affordable; food was a little pricey but it is in most kids places. I actually like the fact that you have the option of grabbing food (in other indoor playgrounds they do not serve anything and you have to carry everything around), also I felt like it was cheaper than Bucks Children's Museum because they don't charge per adult. We came here as a little side stop before walking around Peddler's village on a very hot summer Sunday morning/early afternoon. Walking in, you are met with a giant carousel, which, I'll admit had me impressed at first. At the admission counter, they lay out several different packages to purchase and add ons to those packages. With a one year old and a nine year old in tow, it was clear we'd be splitting up. Our one year old definitely had the better time here. There is a large multilevel climbing structure for bigger kids. The 9 year old was in there for about 5 minutes before declaring it boring. The tiny tot area is small and gets very crowded. I 100% agree with the comments on the cleanliness in this area. Many elements are broken or overly worn too. There is an arcade, no different than say, Dave and Busters. The carousel was the highlight for us. You can get unlimited rides on it which is nice considering that's the best element at Giggleberry Fair. read more

I have been here many times as a kid myself and also as an adult with my children. We just went recently over this last weekend, and will not return. The prices are outrageous. They have a rule that if your child is under 6 I believe you must be a paying adult to enter the ball room mountain. Now this is for the safety of the child and I get that part, but the adults should not have to pay. They should just be required to be with the child. I payed for myself and my husband as well as my two little ones and my nephew. Together me and my husband decided to take our 4 year old on the carousel , we were told only one of us could accompany him, because he had the all in one unlimited bracelet but we only had the paying adult bracelet, my husband could add on carousel rides of course at an additional cost, they are very heavy on the price gouging. Then it was time for the arcade. I got a $40 card it was gone in no joke less than 5 minutes. Each game is almost $4 a game , so $40 between two 8 year olds went in under five min. I added another ten to it they each got another 30 second game out of it. The whole facility is set up so you have to keep paying extra as you go. We did not do the food at all. By the time the arcade was done we were thoroughly finished with this place , we went to a playground and got the kids some happy meals(should have just done that from the start). If you want an indoor place there are so many better places and cleaner places to go that you can do unlimited bundles like Chuck E. Cheese or trampoline parks. Okay to be fair this review is solely based on the carousel because that is the only thing my daughter is interested in. For $2.50 you get to ride the carousel for what seems to be 5+ minutes. My little one had a ball on her horsey and loved the music they play too. I mean that price would be fine, if the adult didn't have to pay as well ($7.50)! **A paying adult must accompany children 5 and under** so that's ~$20 to just go on one thing...pretty ridiculous. I saw a family there - a mom and dad with 2 kids and a baby in their baby carrier that can't even use it - they are supposed to pay $50?! THEY NEED TO REVISE THE PRICING ON THIS! GIGGLE DISCOVERS: for younger kids; smaller rides like a chuck e cheese may have and i think a water section. ARCADE: ehh the selection isn't the greatest, and again, it's pretty expensive. You do get tickets and can pick prizes, though. Like a dum dum for 10 tickets FOOD: hotdogs, capri suns, pretzel bites... DIRT: So much dust in Giggleberry mountain. I'm not sure if they ever cleaned it. It looks like a laundry mat exhaust feeds into the top of the climbing structure. It should not be that dirty, esp with the prices they charge for that. I am going to evaluate it based on how much my 6 year old son likes it. He wants to come here all the time and enjoys running around inside the playground area. He likes riding the carousel too. The arcade games are pretty boring for us but my son likes them. Generally, it is expensive but there really is not that much to do when it is cold outside so you have to kind of accept the price. Giggleberry Fair is designed for playtime with the kids. It's an indoor play land in Peddler's Village. There are a lot of indoor activities to entertain most children. This was our first visit as part of a birthday party. If you don't like a lot of noise then stay away from the Mountain that kids can climb on. The Mountain has ball guns that fire loudly and the screaming and general noise will drive you crazy if your not used to it! They do have a very nice Carrousel and a nice selection of video games. The food service was slow but it was a Saturday and several birthday parties were going on. I think most elementary school kids would probably like a visit here. If you have a quiet preschooler they may not like all the noise. It was very crowded on a Saturday so next time if we ever go back it will be during the weekdays. Unfortunately, our past visit a staff member was very inappropriate to not only myself but the children as well. I can't believe how many bad reviews there are! My kids had an absolute blast here. The facility was amazingly clean for a kids place. In fact, I was actually ready to give them 5 stars based on the fact that the bathroom smelled like bubblegum and wasn't covered in urine and soiled paper towels! That's huge! As far as attractions go, there's a carousel, the Giggles Discovery play room with awesome rides and activities for toddlers, Giggleberry Mountain, a crazy kid friendly obstacle course, a game room, and more. You're also a moments walk away from the Peddler's Village which is nice enough to stroll through. I think we spend about $20 here and our kids were entertained for hours. What's not to like? My 3 year old was ready to leave Peddler's Village until we came here. A nice place and a pretty good bang for your buck. Played $10 worth of arcade games, my 3 year old having lots of fun pretending to play while I did play. I'd come back. My only complaint is that given that the place 100% caters to kids the bathrooms should be kid friendly, such as having the sinks and urinals placed low and having paper towels (not all kids like the loud air hand dryers). Giggleberry Fair is a great place to go for a birthday party, or even just a fun day out! My 3 year old niece loves it here! We usually get an activity pass for her (so she can go into the mountain & discovers area as well as get unlimited carousel rides) and adult mountain for me. It's a discounted price for adults and extremely fun to be able to go around and climb with her! For about $20, my niece and I get an all day pass to do everything! I've come here quite a few times over the past year and whenever I go the staff is always so respectful, attentive and helpful! It's quiet during the week and is a perfect time to come. Giggleberry Fair is a very clean facility and you can tell the staff cares about the upkeep. The cafe was recently redone and it looks absolutely amazing! The food served in the cafe is high quality as well. I definitely recommend Giggleberry Fair for families looking for something fun to do for all ages! read more

My 2 year old really enjoyed her time here. We bought the pass for the endless Merry Go Round rides and the back play room. 9 dollars for endless trips on the carousel seemed worth it alone. The back room was ok, a little beat up but kids are rough on everything. The one thing I found to be a problem was the employee operating the carousel was texting away on her cell phone the whole time she was operating the ride. Next to a sign with operating instructions that at the bottom says "no cell phones." I would just think any place operating a ride with small children would want to make sure the ride operator is aware and watching the kids on the ride. Not every child on the ride had parents on it to watch them. No matter what the ride. there should be an attentive employee keeping an eye on the riders. I guess it was bothersome because ride after ride she couldn't be bothered to look up once until the ride ended. Must have been a really important text conversation. I would come back next time we were at Peddler's Village with my daughter. She had a blast and the place overall is a nice place for young kids. read more

So awful it makes the Warrington Chuck E. Cheese's look like paradise. We had our DD's 4th birthday party here about 2 years ago, and came back here on July 2, 2011 during the July 4th weekend madness. After trying unsuccesfully to use the broken credit card machine to pay for $10 worth of tokens (There was a long line for tickets and tokens) I succumbed and boought them at the counter. It was DEAFENING in there and 3 of the machines DD tried to play were broken. The manager was summoned and agreed to give us a refund. Not happy! The Mountain is huge and many floors of an obstacle course with a giant slide. The arcade is big and functioning well. The giant carousel is magnificent. The staff is very friendly. The food is okay. My only gripe is that it is outrageously expensive (at least for a party), not because of what we get for the money, because everything is great, but I would expect a little more for the price. I dropped $40 on video and "ticket reward" games which the kids proceeded to blast through in 25 minutes. Then, I spent $30 on "the mountain." Not sure why I had to spend $10 on myself when both of my kids are able to do everything on their own...The kid at the counter would not budge on this despite my assuring that my 3 y.o. would be fine. They lasted in there about 15 minutes. Then finally $5 on the carousel. The "packages" that they now offer are confusing and not very convenient. Used to be different - you could spend $20 per kid and last the entire day. Not the case any longer...I will only come here 1-2 times per year. Had my son's 4th birthday party at Giggleberry this past weekend. The kids had fun, but kids always have fun when they are together. Parents -- Get informed before you sign. The pizza arrived after 45 minutes of our paid table time had already passed. We got half the table time we paid for. A $350 party and 45 minutes at a table for pizza and cake. I was never informed there would be THREE other party tables right near ours, so countless kids are walking through our birthday area. What a mess. The hostess said the kids would hear an announcement over loudspeaker to come to table for pizza; half did not hear it. The wraps ($25 per platter for adults) were poor quality, left uneaten. We had 45 minutes to have pizza and cake, and then were asked to clear the gifts (had to bring them to the car, leaving my kid with other kids' parents to play.) HUH?! Of course, after discussing the contract for three weeks and confirming 18 children attending, the table was set for 8 when we arrived. One extra 1-year-old was brought along in an emergency and grandmother was supervising her two grandkids (the older was invited). Giggleberry actually required that I buy another admission ($18?) so that 1 year old could ride the carousel once. (Later, when speaking with Manager, he said the cost should only have been $2.50; however, that is not what I was told when trying to get him on the ride). The $5 game cards were distributed AFTER the party was over and folks left the table so, of course, the rest of the party was spent searching through the crowd for the parents to make sure they received them. Why weren't they handed to me before everyone left the table, like, errrr, at the onset?! Called the Director of Sales and left a message to express my concerns in a professional, respectful way. Call was never returned. Met with Manager today who offered nothing but 4 free passes that EXPIRE IN TWO MONTHS. That is their "policy". Money-making mill is what this place is. Food was typical of kids parties. Cons: The arcade has never been good here. For as long as I can remember they have had broken arcade games that eat tokens/credits and don't work. Carousel is beautiful. Worth the $1.99 for the perfect-setting pictures you'll be able to take as you grab a snapshot of childhood. And the big jungle gym is amazing. Half of them don't work, and many take two or three tokens. So from that whole perspective chuck e cheese does it 1,000 times better. Been going here for over 10 years with my daughter. The Mountain is one of the best climbing contraptions I have ever visited but the rest of the place desperately needs an overhaul. There are also a lot less games than they use to have. Definitely best for kids under 10. read more

This was my first time at Giggleberry Fair. My son is so active so he enjoyed the Giggleberry Discovers section of this park. He was having non-stop fun for 2-3 hours and I'm sure had enough energy to play there even longer. I appreciate that there's a section there that caters to kids his age. OVERPRICED BIRTHDAY PARTY DISASTER!!! Where should I start!!?? We loved how much fun our son had a Giggleberry so we decided to have his 3rd Birthday Party there. They never check email so don't bother, try to call and cross your fingers that they will call back. We wanted cupcakes instead of a cake so we ordered 40 cupcakes, some red, some chocolate, and some yellow or orange, all different colors to go with the fireman/firetruck theme. As I personally went to the bakery and placed the order to make sure that they would be right, Giggleberry overrode my order a few days before the party and we ended up with 40 pink cupcakes!! Then they charged me double price for the cupcakes $4/per cupcake...add it up, it's $160 for 40 cupcakes... WHAT A RIP OFF!! For the party, you get pizza and pitchers of soda with free refills.... the pizza is horrible!! It's like a soggy cracker with tomato paste and plastic cheese. We got two pitchers of coke, two diet coke then the waitress went to take care of another party and never refilled our pitchers. Now, we had thirsty guests with nothing to drink, people started to buy their own. The party started at 2pm and our 90 minutes 'table time' for the party was over, guests started leaving within a half an hour after that but we sat and waited for the waitress to come over with the final bill so we could leave and head back home and open presents... we ended up waiting until 5:30pm!!! What the??? Then we were overcharged and told to pay and call the manager for a refund on Monday. We went through phone calls back and forth with the manager and her assistant for over a month to get a refund for the overcharge. They all claim they can't help me and pass along to someone else that tells you the same thing. I even went there in person several times and they always tell you that nobody is there to help. In the end, it was such a waste of time and money that we stopped chasing them. We haven't been back there since. By they way, at the end of the party they give you a free day pass for Giggleberry and a coupon for free photos at Clix... the coupon for Clix was expired, they wouldnt' even take care of that for us either.
