I found out about this place when I checked for nearby activities on the app. I think that opening a place like this inside a very depressing mall is a great idea. Though Gavin kept occupied the entire hour, I will not be returning because it's small and nothing was challenging to him. I'd say this place is for babies that can crawl and maybe up to 2 years old, tops. Service is friendly and the place is bright and very clean. Free Wi-Fi.

It's a cute spot, fun for the kids but a bit pricey for my opinion. They charge 20 dollars per kid. Overall good vibes and kid friendly

I like bringing my 2 year old here! She loves it. But... they need to keep the bigger kids out of the smaller kid area.

    Ask the Community - Giggles-N-Wiggles

Are dogs allowed? not in the play areas, but in the venue or party spaces

What are the prices per/child? Cost for adults? Is it appropriate for 4 year olds?

It costs $10 for child, and zero for adults. I think your four year old would love it.

Do I pay per person or per child? I want to make a trip out there because there's no baby gym centers in my area, but I'm not about to spend over 20$

    It's per kid

My dad spoiled us growing up; we had every gaming system from the regular Nintendo up. Our friends and cousins always wanted to come over to our house so we could play video games. They have original games and systems for sale in the entrance of this shop. The employees were fine. There weren't any issues with service. Their was a guy actively working on something in the backround the entire time we were at the shop and another quietly gaming in the corner. They let us be and in return we tried to be respectful and follow the rules of their arcade. For the four of us to play for an hour was $32. This was a steal given how much our kids spend at our local arcades. No tokens were needed or loaded cards. I kicked my daughter's butt at Mortal combat and Pac man. We as a whole had a great time. The shop was quieter and we weren't complaining. The only recommendation for them would be some kind of cooling inside. It was a fairly warm day and it got kind of stuffy playing games inside. We would totally come back next time we're in Monterey.

It was like all their lights were turned on, so I decided to give it a try. I walked up to them that same day. Shorme is a very wise and supportive coach on all levels, she gave me exercises and things to practice away from the group that will keep me conditioned. She also tailored the movements to meet my capabilities and needs as a beginner. It felt seamless to join and I was deeply welcomed into the group. We did not enter the trail until 720pm, and that is after getting in line at 640pm. Just be aware. Which is fine, my family had fun and the actors inside are funny and well rehearsed. However, since we waited so long, we got out of the trail around 750pm. My kid wanted to play the carnival games, which close at 8pm, so we bought some tickets to play, and were out to the carnival by 752pm, they had already taken everything down and had only a few simple games still up. My kid was bummed, but I figured since there were no refunds, I could go back and get a snack instead with my tickets. I was denied and told to come back next week to redeem the tickets. I know this is all for a good cause and it really isn't too big of a deal, but it is silly that I literally bought the tickets within a minute and then walked back after the carnival being closed and then denied to even use the tickets on anything else and then told to come back next week. They were told not to sell any tickets since they were closing up the carnival early, but I guess it wasn't communicated well. I guess we will be back to use up the tickets next weekend...?

It was her first summer camp and her first time away from home with people she hadn't met before. She had a wonderful experience all around. She mentioned that the meals were great and the camp songs and activities were fun. For her, the week picked up in intensity on Wednesday when they went for an overnight backpacking trip. It was her most challenging experience but also the highlight of her week. She experienced home sickness the first day, but that faded away by the second day. She made good friends with some of the girls and boys in her group. Everybody seemed to be helpful and supportive of each other. As a parent of an Eagle Scout boy, I remember attending his first two summer camps as an adult troop leader. So I felt a little anxious not being able to be there with my daughter at her first summer camp. The weather in this area was in the high 80s in the morning and mid 50s in the evening for the second week of July that my daughter attended. A two person tent and a warm sleeping bag and pad with an inflatable pillow were perfect for her. The campsites were under trees and their shade made for a pleasant stay even during the warmest part of the day. The warmest it got for my daughter was on the backpacking hike up a hill, but she also forgot to wear her hat. Kids were constantly reminded to drink water. They also made frequent stops to rest and hydrate. My daughter showered twice in the six days she was there and that along with some wet wipes she took were enough for her. They were required to wear their swimsuits when they showered. I must say that my daughter has always been a scared-y cat when it comes to bugs (spiders, bees, mosquitoes, ants) and splinters. Nevertheless, none of these seem to have been an issue, or not enough for her to notice. She only used the insect repellent once, and even though she said she got bit by mosquitoes a couple of times, we couldn't find any signs of bites, rashes or scratches when she got home. In all, it was a positive growing experience for her and she is very likely to return next year. On the night she came home, she cried before going to sleep because she missed the friends she made and the songs they sang. The possibility that they might not see each other again made her sad. We told her that is part of growing up. I wrote this review because my daughter wanted me to share her experience so that it may be helpful to others. I agree that every person is different and have different reactions to similar situations. Being away from home or sleeping in a tent for the first time is not for everyone ... you can ask my wife, who is definitely not the outdoor type .... she is the glamping type :) As another reviewer posted, phase one had the largest group of kids, followed by phase two and then phase three. Middle school and high school academics, club and school sports, and online and extracurricular activities give teenagers so much to choose these days. As they grow their interest change and they opt to purse other activities. Still, it is amazing and commendable to see some of them continue to do summer camps and return to mentor the younger children.
