I found out about this place when I checked for nearby activities on the app. I think that opening a place like this inside a very depressing mall is a great idea. Though Gavin kept occupied the entire hour, I will not be returning because it's small and nothing was challenging to him. I'd say this place is for babies that can crawl and maybe up to 2 years old, tops. Service is friendly and the place is bright and very clean. Free Wi-Fi.

    Ask the Community - Giggles-N-Wiggles

Are dogs allowed? not in the play areas, but in the venue or party spaces

What are the prices per/child? Cost for adults? Is it appropriate for 4 year olds?

It costs $10 for child, and zero for adults. I think your four year old would love it.

Do I pay per person or per child? I want to make a trip out there because there's no baby gym centers in my area, but I'm not about to spend over 20$

    It's per kid

We were visiting Santa Cruz, but the boardwalk/beach was too cold for our little ones, so we found Giggles-N-Wiggles on Yelp.

We met with the manager prior to the birthday for a walkthrough of the party space, and we coordinated our group going from our party to the Lego movie after the party. I had a million questions as a detailed planner and the team were incredibly efficient at answering all of my pre questions so that I could ensure my guests had all if the information upon arrival. Ultimately, we had a 5 star experience. This is an excellent venue because your group is together for the party and then everyone can free play and explore for as long as they want afterwards. It was so delightful to see all of the kids and parents engaged in their activities of choice when the party room ended. We learned that all of our guests had a blast and many kids are still talking about our son's party to this day. This is on par price wise for the jumping birthday places, so we felt like we had a unique and fun birthday experience for about the same price as we would have paid for the standard jump birthday. We've been to 4 birthday's at the same jump house business this year, so we loved mixing it up for our guests. The facility is awesome, staff are super friendly and the experience is wonderful! At the end of our party, a super sweet employee helped us make 2 trips with their wagon to our car with gifts. She packed all of our gifts in our car and we were on our way! Such a wonderful experience end to end.

I'm not sure it's worth $30 though. My toddler got bored after 1hr but she's a bit young. The 4D ninjago movie was entertaining for me and maybe for my daughter, not sure, she was stoic about it. Bathrooms were clean enough. Coffee tasted decent and was $3.85. If we go next time, will try laser maze and train ride. Didn't see the train ride until after we exited.

This is such a sweet place! It's a great gift to give for a little one who likes to explore (what…read morekid doesn't?). I met up with my sister and one year old niece and three year old nephew. I thought the space would be way too young for my 7 and 10 year old daughters but they all loved it! The range of age joyfully played for two hours! They have gift cards too! The space is very clean and well cared for and the couple who own it are so kind and open. Excited to take my niece and nephew again!

Nothing like the little places in the mall. We had a party with 60plus people and they did not disappoint. They assisted with the setup of all of pur decorations. Table set ups for food and even music. They helped way above and beyond calling. We kept trying to help clean up but this two person duo was really on the clock the 4 hours we rented their place. Place was real clean and they kept cleaning even throughout the session. I even observed them cleaning the ball pit to en sure the kids have a clean place aswell. I cant speak enough about this place but its definitely worth the drive. Plenty of parking and if you forget anything you can simply walk a few feet to safeway or cvs. I didnt but if needed im sure you can support the pizza place next door and coordinate food from them. Will definitely return here even just for my kids to play without a big party. Btw real easy to get too. You can take 92 and keep going until it meets hwy 1 and your literally in their parking lot.

I brought my daughter and friends' kids, age range 4-9 years old, and they all had a good time. Relatively pricey rates per hour, though more reasonable if you purchase multiple hours or monthly (?) passes. Claw games inside are gimmicks so be sure to skip--for example, a claw game full of balls, but the balls are too heavy to be even slightly picked up by the claw. The entrance has some coin machines if you want to get the kids a trinket, however they're also covered by people waiting in line in the narrow entry, because there are also a ton of strollers blocking all the cubby holes. They give color coded wristbands to keep track of how much time folks have left, though it's not precise, which I understand but didn't appreciate. We were only there 45min when they called our color wristband on the speaker.

To make matters worse, my young son urgently needed to use the restroom, but it was out of order. That was extremely inconvenient, especially at a place designed for families with small children. I hope the management takes better care of the facility by improving cleanliness, repairing the damaged safety mats, and making sure the restrooms are always available.
