Cute and clean! Just right for my little people, 15 months and 2.5 years. They have multiple activities through the day and the staff was so kind. We had some rambunctious kids there and the staff was great about enforcing the rules, gentle reminders, and redirection. I wouldn't recommend the place for kids over 4.5 truthfully. They thought of it all. Jumpers for babies(free with a paid sibling) a lot of areas to sit and just the right size activities for the kids. Socks are there for purchase if you forget! read more

I really enjoy bringing my almost 14 month old son here. I think the 1-2 year age range gets to have a lot of fun even if they are just getting mobile. They can play in the ball pit, on the mat, with the balls, cars etc. They can also stay in the 2 and under area that has a swing, a horse, bead maze boxes and much more. My son is a very shy so I try to get him out to play around others as often as I can. For the most part, the kids and adults are very respectful. You sometimes get that one group of parents that only pay attention to their kids to yell at them. Most parents are out playing and supervising. I try to go early in the day during the week to avoid the larger kids until summer of course. My only suggestions would be to have a netting under the suspension bridge and little ones can slip along the side and onto the bars below. Also, there are so many toys that it is actually hard to use some features like the climbing arch, climbing boxes or rolling barrel. Maybe there could be a few things cleared away to give the kids more space. It is pretty small for as busy as it gets. Also, the mirror can easily be knocked down when curious little hands want to inspect it. They have a time out stool. Parents, please use it instead of just yelling at your kids over and over. The price is a little high when you consider that my son can only handle about an hour of play before nap/snack time. I get their special which helps. It is worth the drive and cost. They do sell snacks which is nice and socks if you forget yours. My son started walking a month ago and he still only walks at home or at this place. I think he feels safer trying on the mats. It really helps him develop his motor and social skills. It is nice to have somewhere to go other than the park especially on a cold or wet day. The employees are nice and helpful. My son crawled into a rocking toy and bumped his face. The staff nicely offered an ice pack which we didn't need, but they cared. The store in the front is a bit odd and takes up a lot of useable space. The front desk would be amazing there so the floor could be more open for play. Took my 17 month old here and she had a BLAST. It's clean, very well set up for the 5 and under set - padded, room to run, there's a big ball pit with slides that go into it, lots of toys. There's even a separate area for two and under only. They were cleaning pretty continuously while we were there which was great. I will be here plenty when the rainy season comes and we can't go to the park!!! read more

The employees are underpaid and are always on their phone especially in bounce and in arcade the employee are always on their phone and they look unhappy because they are underpaid. I previously reviewed this place higher stars. My current criticism has to do with pricing and updating the facility. I understand that rent in the area is expensive and businesses have to raise prices. I started bringing my son here when he was about 11 months old. He is now almost 4. Under a year was free. Fast forward to having baby #2 a year ago. I was surprised to see 0-2 is $10. My daughter at 6 months old could do basically nothing there to warrant that price. The baby play area is full of useless toys, some worn out or broken. Invest in some crawling structures or something more engaging than a pile of old toys. The little slide is nice, but the baby area at MOD is more like what is needed. And the trampoline is still taped together. Please replace it. They used to constantly sweep and clean while we played. I have yet to see a employee do that in the last year. They usually just sit behind the desk on their phones or chat. I used to buy my son passes here and sometimes pop in twice a week. Now when he asks to go I have to tell him no because $23 for an hour of play is not affordable. Maybe consider a sibling discount rate? Under 1 $5 or free with older siblings? Something. I am glad this place is here, but make it worth the price and time. read more

My family and I recently took a trip to Santa Cruz and one of the days I needed a few items so we stopped at the mall in capitola. I sure am glad we did! My kids loved this place (I think my littlest was even more impressed with Wiggles-N-Giggles than with the boardwalk!) i wish there was a place like this at the mall back home! My daughter and I LOVE this place! It's so much fun for my 7 year old, with a relaxing setting for parents as well! Free high speed internet, with a lounge area for adults to relax & surf the net, while watching your little ones. Child gates, to prevent happy feet from wandering, healthy snacks for sale and don't forget to bring socks! If you do forget, they have socks for all ages available for purchase! I love this place! My son, who's 2 1/2, has been coming here since he was 1 1/2. It's SUPER clean, well-kept, and has tons and tons of fund for kiddos. I'm usually super paranoid about germs, but they really do a good job of keeping it nice and clean. They have a no sick kids policy, which I highly appreciate. I think the prices are fair, and you can catch a good deal on their multipacks. I'm so happy we have this place in our little town! read more

Giggles-N-Wiggles is as good as it gets! A brilliant idea! I know first hand how blue a stay at home mom can get, stuck in house with children bouncing off the walls and making messes faster than you can clean them up. This place is an affordable way for moms and dads to let their children get all of that energy out in a safe warm environment. While the children are playing, parents can get to actually talk to other adults in a comfortable lounge area. The park is out of the question in the rainy weather and honestly can feel a bit unsafe for a mom alone in the summer. This year round play place has everything parents need. Grandma, Grandpa, caretakers or other family members can even take the little darlings and relax while the energetic angels get all of that energy out with other children. As far as the play area set up I can say it's top notch! I am a retired daycare provider of 22 years,(which I loved and miss so much!!!) Just walking in the place brought back all kinds of great memories of happy children playing and camaraderie with moms visiting other moms. 5 stars and 5 thumbs up! My son had a lot of fun! My only concern is the gate. My very quick toddler was out the gate that someone left open and was exiting into the mall when I caught up. Better safety gate or maybe 2 to protect kids. Also maybe a monitor of some sort: older kids were jumping from slide into ball pit and almost landing on small kids. Took my one year old there recently and she got hooked. Played so hard and loved it. I am so grateful to have this place in our town. They are offer kid drop off for 3+ year old. Heck yes! We visited this week for the first time. My 2 daughters are 3 and 6. When we first arrived there were only a couple of other children with grandparents. It was very quiet and gave my girls an opportunity to explore uninterrupted. Within 15 minutes 3 kids "burst" into the space and I say burst because that's exactly what they did. Within seconds the noise escalated and the entire atmosphere changed. These 3 kids appeared unattended and ran screaming through the space. One of the grandparents there said, well, it's time to go when these kids arrive! She mentioned they are there often. These kids charged through every play structure shouting, throwing balls, and pretend shooting each other. They eldest appeared 12, the next maybe 10, and the youngest, a girl, maybe 8. Their behavior was totally inappropriate for that environment. When we first got there we saw 2 young woman working there. When this group of 3 arrived we noticed one employee sat down chatting with another woman. She stayed there chatting for 45 minutes or longer, ignoring the children. Perhaps she was on a break?? At one point the youngest of that group of 3, the girl, yelled, mom can I get a drink, the sitting employee said yes, and the girl ran behind the counter where the snacks are and retrieved something from a refrigerator. I have no problem with a mom having her children at her place of work but when I am paying an extraordinary amount of money for a short period of play I would expect attention from employees and a quality play experience. And yes, I understand that a parents supervision is expected, not the employees, but when it appears tHe employee's own children are wreaking havoc on my children's play experience and it is left up to me to protect my kids from the out of control trio, I feel the need to write a review. We won't be returning, why waste the money. I should probably just get a job there and my kids and their friends play for free! read more

I like to search around all the times for fun activities and play areas for my daughter.. So I decided to try this gym as its new and wanted to change a bit on our fun routine,my daughter got pushed and hit couple of times by the older kids that were there, we left with her having a scratch on her right cheek!!!!and unfortunately she is 4-1/2 so we couldn't just stay in the baby's area.. Anyhow I didn't mind as they are kids and just being kids, but after I saw that my daughter had stepped into URINE!!!! that right there just blew my mind!!! No one even pays attention to the fact that a child had urinated and the employees were too busy gossiping!! It was disgusting!! As a new place it should be still spotless! But I don't think they even wipe the place down! Yukk!! Mostly what caught my attention is they actually copied the place in the Northridge mall called Kidz Blast! I mean their equipment might look the same but Kidz blast had more electrical equipment and more attractive things for the children that teaches them body movement! The place is super clean and all they do is wipe down weather there is children playing or not!! The place smells so fresh all the times that we have been there, not to forget to mention they have a big party room with many disney characters themes! And a bonus minnie and Mickie that will host the party! My daughter is so in love with them!! If you wanna really have your children in a more fun safe clean environment then you should visit the Kidz blast center! I highly recommend it! read more
