Janelle and Julie in the office were friendly and accommodating when setting up the scheduling. Sales rep John arrived at our house right on time and showed us all our available options. He was knowledgeable about the products, his approach not at all high-pressured, and we found his price to be more than fair. Installation rep Dan measured the skylights and while doing so, explained how the shades would fit inside the window frames. When he returned with his colleague, Billy, to install the shades, they did an amazing job. They were considerate of our property, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everything when their work was done. A very professional job end to end. We are thrilled with our purchase. The shades are high quality, function smoothly, fit perfectly, and completely block the light. We bought an existing townhouse in Barnegat that had a tankless hot water heater that was tepid,…read moreleaking, and had black water dripping from the bottom onto the floor. (NOT in the report from the building inspector! TY George from Pillar to Post!) So, I needed to replace the water heater, which had probably never been drained/flushed since it was installed. Did not know anything about these except what they should cost and that BLP&B were recommended installers in the Rinnai heaters we had researched. Because of the supply chain issues, we were also apprehensive that it might take a long time to achieve. But not only did they come right over, they got the exact model we wanted and installed it within a couple of days. They also took care of the required township permits and explained everything perfectly, and adjusted my faucets so the showers would not stop partially towards "hot", which matters when you are short... as water cools as it falls! And having hot, not tepid water cured the dishwasher's "issues" too! We will use them again.

They took extra care to protect all surrounding areas when doing the installation. Our pool was installed quickly, but they made sure to do it correctly.
