After administering the anesthesia I told her that I still had feeling in my tooth. She said I wasn't being honest and said that she would wait 5 more minutes, then she was going to get started. When she came back, I told her I still had feeling. She used the water sprayer to check and I said that I can still feel the ice cold spray. She said it wouldn't be that bad and proceeded to drill my toothed and fill it anyway. It was miserable. I cried the entire time and she told me I was lying about the pain in order to get more medication. I tell everyone that I see that she is a disgrace to the profession. I wIll never go here ever again and you shouldn't either. Whenever I see their stupid commercials and I see her speaking about patient care I am enraged all over again. She is a joke and she cheapens the entire practice.

Very corporate and profit motivated, look for someone who cares. UPDATE: The "root canal" Aspen did didn't even get all of my roots, one was left COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED and the crown was placed WITH A LARGE GAP (while also being chunky and unnatural looking). I WAS NOT EVEN TREATED FOR WHAT I PAID FOR. Go anywhere else if you actually want your work done PROPERLY because this place will make you pay for work and then not even do it.

We had used the Affordable Denture in Midwest City, OK for his original denture and had an excellent experience so we were willing to try this office closer to home even though they had poor ratings. No, this poor rating is well earned. Almost a month later he still has no denture. (And this isn't some specialized complex case) They communicate nothing, and every time we call to follow up it takes multiple calls to get an answer (I'm sure their phones are busy with other unhappy patients.) I can't rate the quality of product because we haven't received anything so far, but I'm not holding my breath.
