I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found this office through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I'm not sure where the confusion was here.

Most recently, after my visit on 06/09/2026, I received a bill and was told the claim was pending with insurance. However, on 06/23/2026, I contacted Humana directly, and the representative informed me that they had no claim on file for that date of service. This was very frustrating and raised concerns about the office's billing process. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with Devin Honors, Practice Manager of Operations. When I called to ask questions about the billing issue, she stated that she did not know why I had received the bill and said that on her end the claim was pending. While I was still trying to ask follow-up questions and understand the situation, she abruptly hung up the phone. Patients deserve clear communication, accurate billing, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those during this experience. I hope the office takes steps to improve both its billing practices and the way patient concerns are handled.

This place has gotten so crooked. The root canals and crowns I had done there are all needing redone. It is taking a year to get them to fix the billing and still, they can't seem to get it fixed.
