Wife went to PU a few months ago staff was rude to her and said they couldn't get it was a bio hazzard. They called me said they came. Up with a value and put a credit on acct. Go in today they say the crown was gold plated.. Never heard such a thing. Gold plated would worn off after 15-20+ years. Dr asked if I was calling him a.liar said yep. You couldn't identify which was mine the day my wife went to PU but you now all sudden did\can with gold scam guy. Total BS.. Insurance company is also questioning the gold crown removal and replacement. Kinda sketchy they can't get their lies straight. Stay away from these people.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

They didn't shame me for not going to the dentist in a few years and related to my concerns. Had a wonderful hygienist who was professional and relatable. Made my 2 hour appointment feel like 30 minutes. The layout of the office was open and relaxing for those who "fear" the dentist. I liked them so much I will be taking my daughter as well. They acclimate young children by inviting them to visit, walk around, listen to the sounds, and get comfortable before they do any work on them. Dr. Pauly and crew were fantastic. Such a relief to find Pauly Dental.

Resulting in more costly procedures. After waiting a month for a crown, 7 to 8 novocaine shots, I was told that the nerve was too damaged for a crown. That I needed a root canal. That's an additional $1100.00. If my crown had bee done the day that I went to the dentist, this probably wouldn't have happened.
