Every single person there was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly. But the biggest shout-out goes to their integrity and ethics. Nuvia truly puts honesty before profit. I went in thinking I would be a candidate, but surprisingly, I was told I was not, and not for the reasons most people would expect. It wasn't because of bone loss or poor dental health. In fact, they told me I have very healthy bone and beautiful remaining front teeth. Even though I'm missing over half of my lower teeth, they could have easily taken my money and moved forward with the procedure anyway. Instead, they chose honesty and what was genuinely best for me. That kind of integrity is rare these days. If you are looking into denture or implant options, I HIGHLY recommend the Nuvia team in Lake Oswego. They truly care about people first.

We called Nuvia more than 72 hours prior to the appointment to cancel. Then we were told we wouldn't get the $89 refunded with a cancellation. Be careful with this place. If you make a deposit for an appointment, cancelling the appointment, even in a timely manner, forfeits your deposit. In my opinion, an unethical business practice.

Dr. McNutt took fabulous care of me and brought my smile back. When he received my implant back, there was a color matching issue from the lab.
