They were offering 25% off Bills gear at the time, but I wanted to think it over before making the purchase. Laux had the same with colors reversed for $115 but I prefer the jacket to be more of the blue than red. *The one pictured is the Laux one. Unfortunately, due to a flight issue, I wasn't able to return to the store as planned before leaving town. On January 2nd, I emailed the store explaining the situation and inquiring about having the jacket shipped. I received no response. I sent a follow-up email and again got no reply. I finally called the store to explain what happened and asked if they would honor the sale price since I had tried contacting them earlier. The woman said that they don't ship if it's not listed in the website, which is fair.I even mentioned I have a relative who could pick it up for me. The response? They wouldn't honor the sale price as the sale is over. I understand policies, but the lack of response to my emails and unwillingness to assist a repeat customer felt like poor customer service as I attempted to get in contact with them during the sale. I've always enjoyed shopping here, but this experience has left questioning if I will be back or recommend it to others.

I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.

Located on the Delaware side, down from Paneros and Colter Bay is this unique gift shop. You go in and there are all sorts of things. You can buy something, a hand painted bag, a nice baby gift, a cute mug, or you can ask them to make a themed gift item. It's a very cute store with a nice idea, personalized gift baskets and things like that. I'll be back next time I need a basket or small gift.

The shops have a great variety of antiques and curiosities. Teresa greeted us warmly & offered her service if we had any questions. She also explained that in addition to the two buildings in the front of the property, there was more to see out back. As we approached the back of the property, it opened up to a large garden area & a big barn. Teresa sells succulents, herbs, and really all kinds of plants too numerous to mention. The barn has more for sale, and there's a shed on the property big enough for classes. Teresa teaches painting classes and some really fun-sounding how-to classes, like how to make a fairy garden. She hosts groups too, and makes it into a very special event. At the very back of this property is a hill that leads to an open area with a bonfire pit & a stream. Walk to the left and there's a Scripture Path that her husband designed. It's peaceful and beautiful and I can't wait to go back!

I had a little spare time while passing by again today, and pulled in. I was immediately greeted by Riley, a good natured Golden Retriever with a tail on non-stop wag mode. Passing through the door, I was also hailed by Dan Curtis, who owns the shop with his wife, Julie. Dan warmly welcomed me right away. For a small, cozy shop in someone's home, it is PACKED full of lovely things; handmade candles, birdhouses, decorative hand painted signs, antiqued furniture, floral arrangements, tea, etc. And even though the sheer amount of goods was a little staggering, there was definitely order to it. I was immediately charmed. While I browsed, Dan chatted with me and another customer perusing the shelves. "95% of the things you see in the shop are made right here by my bride," he informed me. "There's nothing she can't do." Looking around, it was hard not to be impressed. A few minutes later, Julie came out, and like her husband, I found her very gracious and welcoming. She was happy to chat with us. For handmade things, I was surprised to see that the prices really weren't as high as I expected them to be. I picked out three wall accents, and I think I spent less than forty bucks. Not bad. I could have bought more (and wanted to) but my budget wouldn't allow it. This place is awesome, and I love love love supporting a local business, especially one run by such friendly people. I'll definitely be back - they have great gifts! Oh, and a tip - if you can't make it in during normal hours, you can make an appointment. So creative! Don't be fooled by the primitive syle country store that it is. They are so creative, they nailed the modern look design in their craft as well!
