Things I've recently purchased from Kirkland's: An oversized map of the world that hangs above my fireplace A full-length gilded mirror for my bedroom A unique tv stand for the living room And a few other things I told my husband were gifts. Shhhhh I could spend hours in this store. Kirkland's has a great selection of pieces for every room in your house. This is a really good-sized store, too, so you are probably going to get what you need in-stock. Once upon a time, Pier 1 was right down the road from me. When they closed their doors for good, I was a bit bummed because I honestly had forgotten about Kirkland's. I don't go out to this side of town very often, but I was looking up home decor places online when I moved and lo and behold, Kirkland's popped up. I was so happy to walk back in their doors! Yes, there's Home Goods, and who doesn't love Home Goods? They've got a great selection, too, but I find the items at Kirkland's to be a step above. The store is arranged more nicely and is less picked-over. Sometimes at HG, you'll see things that are broken or dented in some way. I've never seen that at Kirkland's. Something else - they've often got a coupon or other discount you can use at the register, but I find their prices to be fair as they sell goods that are not cheaply made and rarely damaged. If you're looking for fall decor, Christmas decorations, something for Easter or Thanksgiving or Valentine's Day or summer, they've got you covered each season with fresh decor to make your house feel like a home. read more

I used to be a big fan of Kirkland's when they were out at the Niagara Outlet Mall. They used to sell more what I'd describe as exotic imported items. Now they're more of a cross between Pier 1 or Home Goods definately leaning toward country. I was more into the styles and different types of items they carried before. That all being said, you can't beat their prices! We were there looking for something to hang on our wall to replace something I was tired of looking at. It's time for a change! Didn't find what I was looking for but I do know they get new items in all the time. Well at least they used to so I'll check back again. Side note. The woman near the register was super nice. I asked to borrow a tape measure and she dropped what she was doing to get it for me. read more

Kirkland's reminds me of the store Pier one. You find some furniture pieces here ranging from outdoor to bedroom. You can find pictures, mirrors, pillows, and other small unique craft pieces. You can even get scented candles, oils and potpourri. This place is great if your looking for a item, that will pull together whatever room or project your doing. read more

I have never been to a Kirklands before elsewhere until we moved to Buffalo. We went to them to check out some of their metal arts for our new home. What a collection and their price points were reasonable. Their collections are good and you would find something interesting here what you may not find in Homegoods or Christmas Tree shops. You go to Christmas Tree Shop for the bargain ones but Kirkland has some classy ones too. We walked into the store on Sunday evening just 15 mins before they were to close. The high rating is for the staff in this stores who were super helpful inspite of their closing time. I love the store and the staff for being very accommodative of our request and went above and beyond to answer our questions and check out stock. We did end up paying some Canvas pastel for our first floor and some metal art décor. I will come back and update the names of the staff - as they deserve their due recognition. read more

Never heard of this place. Saw a pop up which advertised some cool wall art at a reduced price. One of the pieces appealed to me so I bought it. Options were either shipping at a cost or pick up locally. This location. Ordered this item on April 25th. Was informed that I would be emailed when the item was available for in store pick up. Never heard anything until last Wednesday, May 24th, when I received a call from customer service at the actual location asking if I was still interested in this item or should it be returned to stock. Hence the one star dock. Never received an email or a call regarding pick up availability. The item was available for pick up the day that I ordered it. Love the interior. Reminds me so much of Pier 1. Very much a fan of their merchandise and their prices. read more

This store is one of the best stores ever! If you love decorating like me, then this will become your favorite. First off i'll start by saying, the prices are AH-MA-ZINGGGGG. I feel like you can always find legit things on sale for a very good price. On top of always finding a sale, even the normal priced items are decently priced. This is the place I go to find cool gifts, cups or anything monogrammed! I always find a random item that is perfect for someone here. I just can't get enough! read more

This was one of the most positive and pleasant shopping experiences I've ever had! I went to the store 20 minutes before closing on 5/11/2019 just to browse and ended getting a bunch of great items for my bridal shower. This was my first time shopping at Kirkland's, and because of the service I received from Jacqueline and Angela I will most definitely be back. These employees deserve to be recognized for their friendliness and amazing customer service skills. They gave me no problem for being there close to closing time, went the extra mile with me and Jacqueline helped me to my car with my many bags. Jackie the store manager is terrible, she jumped to conclusions and ultimately accused us of stealing. I sent my dad to pick up some items for me and they made a mistake and left an item out of my order. I called, informed them about the missing item and sent him back to pick it up. I had several orders in flight for my wedding and when my dad went to pick up earlier that week he picked up a couple of orders at once that were split. She didn't realize we had multiple orders and so instead of asking just decided to accuse my dad of stealing. As my dad was talking to her, I asked to speak with her so I could clarify my purchases- because I was in fact the customer. She flat our refused, I had receipts for everything and promptly forwarded him everything. SHE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE until right before he left saying sorry about the confusion. She should have apologized IMMEDIATELY. Not only was it their mistake in the first place, causing us to have to waste time driving back to the store- but we were accused of stealing and she refused to speak to me, the customer when I just wanted to clarify my purchase history. Very disappointed in this location- I get much better service from the non-managers at this store. Perhaps Jackie needs better training in customer service. read more

Bought a cabinet from Kirkland's. The decorative pull came off one of the doors shortly after we purchased it. On and off have tried to find replacement pulls for the cabinet. Went back to the store and they said they did not carry replacement parts. Called the customer service today, and they directed me to Corporate, who was as rude as I have ever experienced as a customer. They said even though there is a current cabinet that has the almost identical pulls, that they could not send me a pair as replacements. I wasn't expecting them for free, and offered to pay or deal with directly with the vendor, I just wanted to fix this cabinet that I really like that I bought at one of their stores. The woman I spoke with said they don't have replacement parts for any of their items so knowing how their quality is, I will not be spending any more of my disposable income at a store that cannot find a way to be helpful. read more
