I have a classic old, brick Tudor house with a steep roof, and as you can see in the photo he did an excellent job! He was true to his word on the schedule and price. He paid attention to details, even painting some roof vents to match the color of the shingles and when he was finished, he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell he'd been here. Today, about eight months later, I discovered some rain water leaking down through the ventilation fan over my kitchen stove. I called Scott and he was here within the hour. Turns out, it was the roof vent had a rivet joint that failed, which was nothing to do with the new roof that he installed. He still fixed the leak for me at no charge. Hiring contractors is always a gamble and I've run across some bad ones, but Scott is definitely one of the good guys. In addition to his professionalism, he's a friendly, calm, and pleasant guy.
