We thought they were very professional until we had issues. Our deck was ruined when they cleaned our windows. Kai denied any responsibility. He told us that our decking;(Zuri) was bad that we used and there had been issues. We had no issues until Clean and Clear washed our windows above the deck. Clean and clear took no responsibility. We had just had our Blinds done, but what was the use of having clean Blinds, if you couldn't see thru them. Our windows had had it! Very much in need of some cleaning. If Windows could talk, ours would have Few things to say . Thankfully Clean and Clear came out to save the day! I was visited by Kai (he set it all up) to go over plans for this year's Holiday Lights, they did an awesome job last year, so we're having them back again to beautify our house . Kai is great!. He sent out both Lucas and Zack. These guys are great as well! They made our windows look like we had just brought the house, brand new! I was in awe! When they were done, Lucas asked if I wanted him to close the Blinds, I replied "No, leave them up, Its' so beautiful and clear, I just want to sit here and stare out the window " They did an excellent job! I'm still staring thru a I write this review. It's really too bad we didn't do a before/after pic, then you would have had a clear picture of how good these guys are at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, the price was very fair, after all, they did the entire home, upstairs and down, and their service is 100% OUTSTANDING!! I booked this company due to the ratings . They cancelled our original appointment claiming the driver was stuck in traffic . I requested a follow up while I was at work and never received a call . The windows still had streaks and the concrete looked much better after pressure washing , but not worth the price . We will not use this company again read more

Liam and Jacob did an incredible job cleaning all of the windows in our new home. We needed a construction cleaning and we had sticker residue on all windows, paint splatter, etc. They were very meticulous with their work. They showed up on time. They took great care of our windows and made sure they were totally clean. You can't really ask for more. They were also great guys. You can tell this company treats their people well and their people treat their customers well. If I could give Clean & Clear 10 stars I would! I have had them to my home twice this month for a full exterior cleaning of my house and driveway as well as moss removal from my retainer wall and a full patio cleaning. All of it was excellent and the employees who I have dealt with could not be any more professional and are very nice. This is the 2nd year of having Clean & Clear Windows hang our Christmas lights. It feels such a luxury to have them hung properly, spaced evenly, & put on a timer. If one should fail (which it hasn't) they'd be straight out to replace the bulb. They look just lovely! This is the earliest in the season we've had them hung. But it sure helps cheer me up during the COVID crisis. At the end of the season they'll come back out, take them down and store them for you for the next season. The best part is we never had to climb one ladder, or swing from one gutter, unravel strings of lights making sure there's no burn outs, it looks great! ! Steve and his crew are on time and a very pleasant group they are. We highly recommend them. I certainly will book again for next year. Maybe add a few more around the trees next time. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who doesn't know how to work social media, but was so impressed by Clean and Clear Windows services she asked me to help make sure we had a 5 star review out there! My parents hired Clean and Clear to install Christmas lights on their house, which was great for everyone because my dad usually does it and has had about 17 near-death experiences, causing anxiety for everyone. This year, my mom put her foot down against being a young widow and made sure they hired professionals. Don't tell my dad, but the Christmas lights looked better than he's ever done it. They were perfectly straight and the service included a take-down as well, so they didn't have to leave them up until next year (even though that wouldn't be a bad thing because they looked so good). Thank you for making my mom a happy lady and for the awesome experience! Sounds like she will definitely use Clean and Clear Windows again in the future! read more

Robert and Jake promptly arrived at my home in Gig Harbor. They arrived on time and Robert quickly put on his mask which I greatly appreciated. Then they went to work. Jake cleaned the outside and Robert the inside. They removed and wiped off screens. They were very efficient and did a fantastic job. I noticed that their equipment and their rags were very clean. I'm so pleased with Clean & Clear Windows! I found out about them from a neighbor, I received a quote quickly and it was in the same range as the other quotes I got. They were able to get me in on the exact day and time I requested and communication back and forth to schedule was easy. Ralph arrived on time, was friendly and personable and had great customer service. There was another worker that came later and helped Ralph complete the job. Both of them were courteous and worked hard. My windows sparkle and shine and I'm so happy. We had our windows cleaned last year by another company and even after I pointed out missed spots they still didn't leave important windows as clean as I expected. Clean & Clear exceeded my expectations! I did point out a couple of spots on my 3rd floor windows that they couldn't see well from cleaning down below, and they were very friendly about it and without issue recleaned those spots and the windows look amazing. Steve and his assistant were on time and did a GREAT job. They clean the windows inside and out. They clean the screens, the rails and the window sills. They move the furniture and put it back.
